- In this episode we'll answer the question of How Much Money Did I Spend on my two week Thailand Travel Tour of Isaan. We will begin in the town of Surin and order up some Pad Thai before heading off to Sa Kaeo for a last eclectic evening at a must see place. Then it's back home to discuss money, routes and answer some questions about the tour. This episode concludes our Isaan Tour. Enjoy the Ride!

This is a sad day for me.. all 3 of my favorite Thailand expat TH-camrs ended their travel series' today.. CB Media just finished his extended northwestern Thailand (Mae Hong Son/Pai area) tour, Notime2bsad just wrapped up his Southwestern (Ko Samui/Surat Thani) area tour and now you finished up your northeasten tour... Everybody just got back home to their respective Thai cities.

watching this vid thru brought back so many happy times for i and my wife Ning,
To meet the intrepid duo in mukdahan was a delight,
a grand dinner with lots of laughs and altho we coudnt find the pickin cowboy it was fun driving round in circles.
But what made this adventure special for me was having lou and Vee stay the night in our home,
wonderful guests,not a minutes bother,i hardly had to wash there dinner and breakfast plates..
i and Ning were so pleased to be involved along the journey.
a delight and for ever time in two you tube videos..

Ok Lucas. There you have it. Enjoyed following you and Vee . Not too long ago, well , more than 12 years now, before I got married. I used to run the roads in the US. I worked on a ship for 100 days and then had 100 off. One time, 2007, I did what I call the “Bow Tie” run. A solo trip that started in Kentucky, down to Florida, up to Maine, down to Texas, up to Sturgis, and then back to Kentucky. 12000 miles in 28 days... enjoyed every second. You always bring me there with your road trips. We have to sit and share some stories sometime. Thanks again.

You said what I was thinking. Too many locations for a 2 week tour.
Although I'd probably split it into 3 tours rather than just 2 as I like to spend a minimum of 3 nights in a large city and I'd probably have taken 5 nights each in KK, Udon and Ubon.
Never the less, I'm jealous of you...

I've done similar trips, albeit in a car, and a long time ago, and made stops in most of those cities as well. Always amazed at how nice people are, and how smoothly it can go, if you just maintain an open mind.

Well said and well done. Just a enjoyable journey and adventure. Well narrated and filmed. Just a great package for a well done trip. I now have my fill of the world of Thailand. Saw the land and brought back many memories of yesteryear. But just as you are glad to be back to your home. I am glad to be back at my home here the good ol US of A. I will check in on your channel from time to time to see what is going on. But I am enjoying some road time of my own now things are starting to reopen here in areas. Of course my travel accommodations are a little different. Four wheels instead of two and my 5th wheel is my hotel. RV Lots and RV lots on the military bases. Allowing for a nice little journey and the Harley rides in the RV. So I can get it out and get around on it as well. As always, you have the BEST channel on TH-cam for Thailand. Continued success and growth.

Unfortunally, your last one about the Isaan trip is my first to watch from this trip; thanks for the tips though, as you start early in the morning, indeed it is the best part of the day for traveling ad your day is longer.
