Spa is Shroom Ridge, the layout is similar and it even has a corner similar to Eau Rouge. And there is actually a Singapore track in Mario Kart Tour even based around the same area.
I didn't include Mario Kart tour tracks but now that the City courses are appearing in Mario Kart 8 I might consider them for the next video. I hope you liked the video!

Daisy Circuit from Mario Kart Wii looks similar to Monaco not Yoshi Circuit and Yas Marina look like Sunset Wilds from Mario Kart Super Circuit
