Although the pushing is bad for any weight class, mind you. Just more apparent for the lighter weight classes. The weight physics is trash in MK8.

Nintendo Gamer I know what you mean, I tried Baby Luigi once. I enjoyed the extra traction and mini turbo (my acceleration didn't change), but not the weight physics. I get pushed around no matter who I am!
Really? Your acceleration didn't change? Baby Luigi can reach 3 accel on the Gold Kart + Slicks if you use an accel glider, coutesy of being a babyweight. I use Toad, and he's a Featherweight, so I'm stuck with 2 accel, but in MK8, accel doesn't really matter. A huge flaw of MK8 really. In previous Mario Karts, accel combos were viable. In MK8, it's either a Speed Combo or Pipe Frame/Blue Falcons, regardless of weight class.
I used a heavy + roller tire combo that gave me 3 acceleration beforehand, forgot to mention that.
Ah, ok. That's a good combo for heavies.
I personally just go with Featherweight (Normally Toad) + Circuit Special + Cyber Slicks + Super Glider. The extra weight could possibly help in some situations, and accel glider won't help me reach 3 at all sadly (Even though Toad should HAVE been able to...) The way items are distributed in MK8 plus how poorly done accel is done in MK8 is the reason why we only see Speed combos nowadays.
I tried an Accel 5 combo with Luigi and I was actually getting haxed more when that shouldn't be the case.
How come most of them are mii's
43 actually happened to me once. I was playing against CPUs, in 1st, when Rosalina in 3rd gets a super horn and breaks the blue shell.
