Well done. Soapy water spray bottle is your friend... I usually do top inside corner last like you did. Have done many. Straight fiber stick also your friend on these.

its easier if you slide the middle half on the top and bottom and slide half the window in at the same time, not sure if that made sense but it literally takes 5 minutes and you end at the curved corners which are much easier to work in.

That is definitely correct I cannot believe it took this dude that long. I would hate to see him do a one-piece cascadia. We do these all the time and I mean at least three or four a week. The only thing I need if I'm not standing on my tailgate is a ladder some spray lube like wet Lube and a hook tool, no spline tool needed
