    잘 삭혀 먹으면 쌤 덕분인줄로요
    쌤 요리보고 반찬에 항상 응용

    무 김치 숙성되면 맛있을것 같아요 절이지 않고 담는 방법도 있다는걸 처음 알았네요 근데 과일 많이 넣으면 달지 않을까 염려가 되네요 단 음식을 싫어하다 보니요 선생님은 젓갈 보다는 새우젓을 많이 넣어 시는데 저도 이렇게 담아야 겠어요 고맙습니다 수고 하셨어요

    레시피가 무가 몇키로에 새우젓이 얼마나 들어가는지 양념 비율을 알수가없네요 ㅜ 맛은 있어 보이는뎅 ㅜ

    농사짓다보니 벌써 두번담가서 한통은 먹고있고 한통은 두고먹습니다 또 담그려고요 ㅡ전 제방식대로 담는데 저도 나름 김치 고수입니다 ㅎㅎ

    어제 전에 올려주신 알타리 영상보고 담았는데 가을에는 양파를 넣으면 안되는군요
    양파랑 사과를 넣었는데 가을무로 다시
    담궈야겠어요 그래도 아삭하니 맛있어요

      바로 먹는 것은 양파를 넣어도 되는데
      오래 둿다 드시는 것은 바로 시어 지기 때문에
      안 넣는게 좋습니다

    무청잎 끝부분은 넣지않고 쪽파도 끝부분은 넣지않는데요
    배추김치담글때도 쪽파 끝부분 넣지않으시는지 궁금합니다

      녹미는 녹색이 나는 쌀로 일반매장에서는
      구하기 힘들고 재래시장 양곡상 같은데 있습니다
