    이계호박사님 명강의 물을 잘먹으면 물을적게 먹는 사람 암발생율이 많다는 말씀 맞습니다 저는 암발병한지가 16년째 암환자로 살고 있습니다 제가 하루 물을 한컵 정도나 먹었을까 했습니다 재발 전위 암과 싸웠습니다 방사선 치료후에 퇴원하는데 물을 4L 먹으라고 하는데 많이 힘들었답니다 지금은 물을 수시로 잘 먹고 삽니다 박사님 명강의 최고입니다 박사님 말씀처령 실천 하도록 노력 하겠습니다 고맙습니다

    지금 젊은애들 먹거리 큰일입니다 여수에 놀러갔더니 딸기모찌를 사는데 사방으로 줄을 섰는데 나도 무슨 맛일까 궁금해 한입 먹었더니 너무 달고 마가린 냄새에 뱉어 내었는데 젊은애들 맛있다고 한자리에 3개나 먹더군요 모든 음식도 너무 달고 짠데도 너무 잘 먹어요 병안나는게 이상한거죠

    현미밥에 통 들깨를 넣어서 밥을 하라고 추천하시네요. 톡톡 소리가 안들릴때까지 씹어서 드시래요~
    쌀에 올리브유를 넣어 밥을 한 뒤에 냉장보관해서 데워 먹으면 혈당수치가 내려가 당뇨있는 분껜 도움되지만 장건강엔 좋지 않다고 하네요~
    그러니 꼭꼭 씹어서 천천히 먹어야 한답니다.
    식사 전에 샐러드를 먹고 밥을 먹으면 탄수화물을 줄일 수 있으니 올바른 식습관을 갖도록 노력해야겠어요~~

      뚱뚱이보다는 빼빼로가 더 건강한겁니다.뚱뚱이들은 겉보기에만 건강해보이는겁니다.생식기암은 암세포가 지방,특히 뱃살먹고산다는건 아시나요?
      건강한삶을 살았어도 유전력없어도 암은 걸릴수있어요.나이들면 대부분 암과 뇌출혈 둘중하나는걸려요
      지금 고혈압이나 당뇨있다면 뚱뚱이에서 탈출하시길!!!

    단백질 60 그램 이라고 할때, 순수 단백질의 양을 의미 합니다. 계란 숫자로 환산하면 (계란 1개의 무게 60 그램이 아니라) 약 10개의 계란을 섭취해야 60 그램의 단백질을 섭취 할 가능성이 있습니다. 혼돈 마시길.

      현미에도 안좋은케 있다고 5시간 이상 물에 담가두었다 하라고해서 그때부터 안먹고 있습니다

    1.소고기 양고기 같은 깨끗하고 질좋은 고기보다는 가공육 인공첨가물이 대장암의 원인인 듯하고
    2. 아시아지역에서 주로 현미를 먹지 않는 이유가 식물독소 때문에 득보다 실이 많기 때문임
    3. 저지방 저염식이후 대사질환 암환자가 증가된 통계를 유의
    4.지방도 식물성 식용유 가공식품 튀김 배달음식 등에 있는 나쁜 기름 섭취가 염증을 유발하고 면역력을 낮춤
    이런 기름을 주로 먹어면 오메가3지방을 먹어도 소용없음
    4.콩 등 식물은 독소와 항영양소때문에 장이 나쁜 사람은 조심하고 장에 해롭지
    예로 옥수수와 굴을 같이 섭취하면 굴의 아연 흡수가 안됨

    유명한 교수라고 맹신하지는 마시고 직접 영양에 대해서 공부하세요. 사람마다 다 달라요. 자기에게 적합한 음식을 찾아야 합니다. 거저 되는것 없으니 시간이 좀 걸리더라도 공부후 자기에게 맞는것 좋다는것 위주로 발란스 맞쳐서 드셔야 합니다. 무엇보다 가장 중요한건 소식입니다.

    들깨는 가열하면 오메가3 의 섭취 의미가 없어요. 들깨는 생으로 먹어야 하고 기름으로 추출해도 생들기름으로 먹어야 들깨속에 들은 오메가3의 변형없이 먹을수 있는거에요.

      절대로 들깨는 가열하거나 끓이거나 하면 안되요. 들깨는 냉압착 생들깨로 먹어야 한답니다.

    빈혈이 있는분은 현미를 먹으면 빈혈이 더 심해질수 있기때문에 섭취를 피해야 된다는 한의사분 글 봤어요.
    실제 저와 딸이 현미밥 먹고
    앉았다 일날때 눈앞이 까맣게 현기증 심했는데,
    그때 그기사 보고 섭취중단하니 괜찮아졌어요.

    교수님 저는 혈압약 먹은지는 오래되는데.
    지금 제나이 70인데.
    40대후반 부터 먹은는데 혈압약 오래먹다보니 고지혈증 까지먹고있는데. 지금은 저혈당이라하며
    지금체중이 70킬로 너어가고있는데.뭘.많이먹으라고만하시니 저는.답답합니다.
    다어터해야 할판인데.
    많이먹어라는 의사 선생님 말씀이 이해가 안됩니다.

      맞아요 들깨는 가열하면 오메가 3가 오메가6로 변한다고 합니다. 들깨는 냉압착 생들깨로 섭취해야 오메가3를 잘 섭취할수 있는거죠.
