Brilliant wee diorama there, and from my favourite film. I love cinema from that time, none of the rules were established and directors were always trying wild and weird things. Murnau was the master of that kind of filmmaking. Looking forward to seeing Eggers's version of Nosferatu too. If there's a modern director who has a chance of pulling it off, it's him.
Thank you! Nosferatu will always hold a special place in my heart, as parts of the movie were filmed in Lübeck, close to my hometown. Still, I can’t wait for the new adaptation. The trailers look amazing, and I'm eager to see what Eggers brings to this classic. The Witch, The Northman, and especially The Lighthouse are incredible works of art!
@@LenricsRealm It makes me not want to watch the video at all. It's a cheap tactic that screams 'i don't trust my audience to watch my content/i have no faith in my content so i must appeal with clickbait'. It's an obnoxious, and if you don't trust your audience or the quality of your vids then it makes me not want to watch your videos moving forward.
@ThePitofSidLord look, I think we have different views on what clickbait actually is. To me, clickbait is something misleading or overhyped, and this thumbnail was neither. I’m also not inventing drama or anything like that. I trust my audience and my content, but when the data shows that people are clicking less than usual and impressions are at a yearly low, I have to make adjustments. Otherwise, the algorithm might see it as a bad video and bury it. So, please don’t blame me for trying to generate more interest-this is just a harmless bit of video optimization, in my opinion. I liked the previous thumbnail too, but it simply wasn’t working.
@@LenricsRealm The big red arrow and blurred out final product is absolute clickbaiting, don't pretend it isn't by any definition. And I don't want to support people who lower themselves to it to chase algorithm meta/trends. Next up will be AI thumbnails. No thanks. Unsubscribed.
Unexpected, but very, very dope! German cinema at the time was incredible.
Thank you! And yes it absolutely was. Very inspiring stuff!
I love to see you bite into subjects in this vein. It counts as grave stakes for the time of year.
Love this 😂

Why'd you change the thumbnail to a more clickbaity one? That's lame.
The answer should be pretty obvious…
