This situational judgment test is a part of the Altus Suite assessment tool, which has recently become a popular addition to the admissions process in higher education institutes in the US and Canada.
The unusual format and tricky requirements of CASPer often make it a challenging test to prepare for. It doesn’t help that some suggest that it’s not possible to prepare for CASPer.
You will be evaluated on your ability to remain objective, non-judgmental, non-assumptive, diplomatic, and professional in your answers. There are specific strategies on how to maximize your score and practicing with samples is one of our key suggestions.

Is the CASper a live exam proctored by a person? or is it more read a question and record responses?
Hi! You are monitored throughout the test via webcam. So for all intents and purposes, yes you are proctored :)
Scenario #2.
I am sorry this is not going to happen. I am humbly denying this plan as it was our part of the job that needs to be get done on time and your statement is against values and ethics. This is equal to cheating. Being honest and let’s just accept our mistake and will re- approach her by saying an apology and deal it professionally. Could communicate with her and ask to give an extension on this task, so that we could get it done as early as possible. This will be my stand. We have to uphold our values and principles. By doing as you say, will break the trust. In case, if I am aware that if someone put a false signature I will report it to the supervisor in a timely manner.
