Hello Lena. I rarely leave a comment but I do feel the need to thank you. I do not consider myself a happy person. I've been through a lot and I constantly find myself living with those negative thoughts. There are a few things I can't get over , that suffocate me and destroy my entire motivation. This year I decided to make a change. I'm not fully recovered but I realised that it's up to me to rebuild what I've lost, mentally. So I struggled with anxiety and depression but I started working out, eating healthier, whenever I would overthink I would go out for a walk, just small things that would get me out of my comfort zone. And you are one factor that always motivated me and proved me that life is worth living at its fullest even with bad and goods. For real, thank you for being so positive and sending good vibes. In 2024 I want to be completely healed and able to focus only on myself. Its time I put myself first, not what other people think or say. Lots of love and I wish you the best.

Hello Lena. I rarely leave a comment but I do feel the need to thank you.
I do not consider myself a happy person. I've been through a lot and I constantly find myself living with those negative thoughts. There are a few things I can't get over , that suffocate me and destroy my entire motivation.
This year I decided to make a change. I'm not fully recovered but I realised that it's up to me to rebuild what I've lost, mentally. So I struggled with anxiety and depression but I started working out, eating healthier, whenever I would overthink I would go out for a walk, just small things that would get me out of my comfort zone. And you are one factor that always motivated me and proved me that life is worth living at its fullest even with bad and goods. For real, thank you for being so positive and sending good vibes.
In 2024 I want to be completely healed and able to focus only on myself. Its time I put myself first, not what other people think or say.
