Hey! Loved your vid, I'm here getting motivated for my day with it. Just a quick thing, use the smith machine facing the gym because the inclination on it will put too much pressure to your knees facing the mirror. I used to train people on planet fitness, we have the same smith machine. :)

sleep early
Sleep early, don’t be too full when your going to bed it’s a lot calmer and healthier to sleep digested. When you wake up in the morning drink cold or ice water it will wake you up and honestly is the best type of water
