    If each person owns a bedroom bathroom suite no mortgage on bus stops...
    Property taxes, 2k yearly
    Utilities, 2k yearly
    Groceries yearly, 3k yearly
    Bus pass unlimited, 2k
    Basically 10k yearly per person

      @@AudreyRozier tenants in commons... 200k is more than enough in places with less crime. 100k is enough per bed bath suite in Temple Hills. Double up on jobs, can payoff in a couple years?? Most people don't do it. But that doesn't mean it can't be done

    If you want to live in a 1 BHK house with once a week restaurant and movie and lead a comfortable life, how much do you think one should be earning in a year?

      I’m not sure… what I find comfortable is going to be completely different than what you find comfortable.
