I was born and raised in Baltimore. Been away for 16 years. Spent 14 years in Atlanta Ga which was a huge mistake. The last 2 years been in Tampa and hate it here. I’m done with the south too. Moving back to Maryland within the next year can’t wait to get real seafood again!!!!
I had been taking trips to Baltimore for twenty years. up till 2017. I enjoyed spending time there but I had a few close calls with dangerous situations also. I don't know the whole area but I've been downtown around the Inner Harbor, at Fells Point, Brooklyn Essex Dundalk, Towson and the Pulaski Highway.
I’m looking to move in Maryland. I just don’t know what what county or town yet I should move into I’m still looking. Thank you for the video is very informative.❤
Check out Cape St. Claire, it’s super safe and close enough to Baltimore that you can commute and also go hang there and stuff, but tucked away enough that it’s extremely safe and got really good schools and stuff
I just came back from visiting Baltimore and I loved it. I really enjoyed seeing so many people that look like me and the amazing charm the city offered. There's just so much to do and so much to see from the art scene to sports. I'm really considering making a move.

Juvenile violent crime increasing since the MGA banned prosecuting juvenile violent crime. If you move to Baltimore, make sure you have an extra $700 to pay for the training and permit to carry a concealed handgun. Heavy duty security doors in your home. And store the fob for your car on a steel cookie tin when you are home. Budget for auto insurance choosing at least double where you live now. Don't go out after dark. And never walk with headphones or ear buds. Situational awareness. Outside of Baltimorgue city, it isn't a bad. But one must always be alert.
This is what I like to hear...the good the bad and the ugly....life is a one time deal...staying alive is the most important goal. I never understand Baltimore County vs Baltimore City. Am like...where does all the crime occur? But I do know that Baltimore is very fun and electric....don't have rose colored glasses though....choose your routes carefully...use highways more than neighborhood routes. This channel is amazing!!!...Great job and keep it up!!!
Baltimore Had A lot Of Historic Neighborhoods Like Hollander Ridge Housing Project Was Located On Pulaski Highway And 62nd Street With 1000 Units In The Late 90s All The Residents Had To Move Out And Find New Places To Live At. Back In 2001 The City Demolished Hollander Ridge And The New Plan Was To Build New Townhomes For the Residents Of Holllander Ridge And They Was Told That They Could Move Back Once The City Finish Building These New Townhomes But That Never Happened Now Its Called Hollander Business Park And A Royal Farm Gas Station No New Homes At All
Baltimore has one of the highest tax rates in the country (over 14%), they have had to make up for it because so many people have left Baltimore. Imagine paying one of the highest tax rates in a city riddled with crime and ghettos - no thanks. Maryland has much nicer areas with lower taxes just a short drive north.
Baltimore is a drug fueled crime ridden hell hole. I have relatives that live in the suburbs and they thought they were safe, until a 16 year old punk from the inner city cut off his ankle monitor, stole a car with some other punks and started burglarizing a neighborhood only 1/4 mile from where my relatives live. Someone saw them breaking into homes, called the cops, and the 16 year old punk ran over and killed a female police officer while the rest of the punks scattered. Entire neighborhoods, schools, businesses went into complete lockdown for hours as the cops searched for these punks. My relatives were finally able to get their daughter from the elementary school at 9:30 pm that night.
Great tourist video, is that who your video is geared for . I’m from Baltimore, you failed mention the high taxes , housing cost are very high , property taxes are also high and what about the public school system .
Baltimore is the last place that I would advise anyone to live. The drugs, poor school systems, crime, and dilapidated houses everywhere. No, thank you!
I am living in York, PA right now and I am looking to move to Baltimore, I really just love the vibe there, the culture as well. A lot of people try to scare people off from moving there but I am not nervous about it since I visit often and I know a lot of the best spots in the city.
Thinking of buying or selling in Maryland? I would be honored to be of assistance. calendly.com/audreyrozier1/letschat

Where would you recommend sir?
Can you do apartments? That would be nice to know.
Typically apartment complexes have their own leasing departments/agents and don’t work with realtors.

Facts, Baltimore is ridiculous 💯
I lived there for a week!!! Baltimore is trash

There is only one reason to go to Baltimore, and that's only to watch a game at Camden Yards, one of the finest ballparks in MLB.
