I remember one time my manager at my current workplace asked me “sell me this pen” and I took it from him, got a piece of paper from the printer and drew some “secret notes” on it that would benefit his company, all he needed to do was sign his name at the bottom and he’d be able to see it. I created demand for the pen, since he no longer had it, I gave him an option to benefit himself by signing the piece of paper and he gets to keep the pen.. 🤷🏽♂️ it worked. I did only write “I’m the best employee you’ll ever have guaranteed” which was corny but it made him laugh. Won him over in the end with humour I guess

It seems like it's a really difficult question to answer, but once you create an urgency/problem, then it's very easy to tempt someone by providing them a solution.

Understanding what really motivates people is key. Not everyone is motivated by money some want time off or recognition. Ranking sales teams is crucial. Retail sales especially is challenging just cause you have anywhere from teachers to electricians' business owners asking the right questions is def key. urgent!! 15 online data entry workers needed from any part of the world. no experience needed

😂😂😂 I just noticed this, but on a serious note the reason why I wanted this part to be included because there are 2 answers for this question and the second would be “I was referred by a colleague of mine who works at x department”. I will include this in a future video.
On my first job interview I was told to sell a shoe that gives calluses... After my selling, which was pretty much the same bullshit we've seen in the video she asked for the price and I said it was for free. Then she was like "wait, are you going to giveaway items for free in our store?" Then I replied: "Are you making me sell crappy stuff like those shoes? Crazy problems require crazy solutions". I got the job :)
Actually, you have to be careful when talking about family. Some people love their family, others hate their family, and other people lost a very important person from their family. Mentioning their name can make them feel angry or even sad. I wouldn't run the risk. The first way, though, was pretty cool.

The thing is HR Manager was so calm and makes candidate comfortable, if every HR behaves like her. It will be much easier to give interview with full of confidence.
Actually thats the best way to let them know you and see the compatibility qith the position. they will be looking for thing like: the way you see yourself, your family and reltionships, your confidence at speaking, vocabulary, sttutter, if you are straight to the point, a liar, well educated, lazy, motivated, relaxed, etc. The key point in an interview is to be as confident as you can, if you dont get the job, then you have to keep searching... why want to be in a jon where the people doesnt seems to like you at the first time meeting you?.

Actually, you have to be careful when talking about family. Some people love their family, others hate their family, and other people lost a very important person from their family. Mentioning their name can make them feel angry or even sad. I wouldn't run the risk. The first way, though, was pretty cool.

Actually thats the best way to let them know you and see the compatibility qith the position. they will be looking for thing like: the way you see yourself, your family and reltionships, your confidence at speaking, vocabulary, sttutter, if you are straight to the point, a liar, well educated, lazy, motivated, relaxed, etc.
The key point in an interview is to be as confident as you can, if you dont get the job, then you have to keep searching... why want to be in a jon where the people doesnt seems to like you at the first time meeting you?.
