I have the same model installed at my home but they issue is outdoor unit volume is very low, person standing ner to the outdoor unit facing difficulty in hearing. I could not found any specific settings to increase outdoor unit speaker volume. Can you please help? Indoor unit volume is superb.
This usually we need to check indoor and outdoor setting thru remote configuration (u can access thru web browser/iVMS-4200). If setting no problem. Kindly check the speak or mic hole of both indoor or outdoor have plastic cover on it or not. Make sure they not block. We tested ok and fine. If still cannot, kindly refer back to where u bought this device, or get RMA.
@@mitchellgray2177 yes, we added before the kv6113 into Hik NVR and recorded. But my kv6113 it is hot all the time. We worry the lifespan of this kv6113 and keep sending warranty. So better use camera to do surveillance work.
Try using iVMS-4200 default everything and try it again over. If still can't i believe there have a firmware version cause that. U might need find ur vendor to upgrade the firmware and try again one more time.
