At my house the distance between outdoor unit and indoor unit is approximately 30 meter, please tell me whether the connection between indoor and outdoor unit should be via wire or can be wireless? So that I can plan for this at my house. The camera is IP type, I hope? How is the voice clarity of the speaker? As the outdoor location of my house near road.

Dont buy any product of hikvision worst company i have ever seen in terms of after sales service they only have their service center in mumbai only. If your product has any problem and manufacturing defect than you have to send it to mumbai on your own. And it will take around 1 month to come back to you. I have recently purchased same model ip vdp its comes with poe switch just after 20 days my poe switch light starts blinking and it stoped giving power supply to my doorbell and tft screen/indoor station. If any body of you are planning to buy dont go for this shit company instead try godrej which gives door service and you may try hawkvision also but dont buy hikvision products.
