Thanks a lot for this video❤. I followed all the steps and it worked. But I faced an issue at beginning. I will elaborate in case someone else has this issue.
My indoor unit is some 50ft away from the camera and lock. The adapter for powering the lock was also given at this distance and I used cat6 cable for this also. Initially I used 1 wire each from cat6 for giving + and - but it worked only sometimes. Reason being power loss. Then I gave 2 wires for each and it worked. So if anyone facing issue even after giving right connections, make sure this is looked after. Thanks.
we usually use 18/2 gauge cable for running door strike, so doubling up a twisted cat6 is highly recommended. When i see 1 wire for power for devices like camera, it will have many issues. always use 2 wires for power, so 4 wires total if you're doing for postive and negative

Hello, good evening, I purchased an Intercom kit (video intercom) from Hik Vision
of the Model - DS-KV6113-WPE1(C), I have already programmed it completely but there is a situation missing that has to do with intrusion or movement detection.
I have already inserted a micro SD card and still the device does not recognize it or says that there is no card inserted.
Because my goal is when the doorbell detects movement I get notified and I save an excerpt of that moment.

This video helped me a lot, but it was for a 1 door and 1 room configuration. If there are many doors and many rooms. what to do? Multiple indoor stations and outdoor stations can be interconnected. How to do this?

Hello, I have a question: Why is power needed for a door lock if the Outdoor unit is connected via POE. I thought it would be UTP cable from Indoor unit to Outoor unit, and then from Outdoor unit to door lock via 2-wire cable? Thank you
Because the lock needs different voltage and more current that the POE can supply. The outdoor unit gives no power to the doorlock, it just gives a relay output to close or open the circuit.
In vdp DS-kV6113-WPE1 there is a terminal AIN1 and GRD, with 5v in open condition, to connect door sensor alarm, after connecting a reed swtich door sensor, where to configure alarm, whether alarm will display in Monitor DS-KH6320-WTE1 or in Hikiconnect phone. I have connected a magnetic reed contact on the terminal but no alarm aprears anywhere. Please help
Thanks for the video, I have a question when connecting the electric strike. If the electric strike comes with open-close feed signal and I connect it to the "Door Contact AIN1" terminal, from where do I see if the door is locked or not? From the hikconnect app?

I didn’t run a cable from the outdoor intercom to the door lock, instead I ran a cable from the indoor intercom to the door lock. Is the wiring still the same?
Run cable from Outdoor to lock
Wiring can be from indoor relay station to lock, change display to unhide the indoor relay you connect. That aperars as another lock in display. Use the same to inlock. I did it. If outdoor is far away this a solution

Hi, I don't unbderstand how this is not a security risk. If you want to break into house you basicli need to just couple together two wires and thats it, the door opens for you. mabey I am missing something but I feel that the door opening rele should be on inside unit.

How to setup a record on SD card? I couldn't play back videos from SD card. It shows no SD card message even though the card is installed and formatted
if u install SD card on Display unit, it will capture the photos only not video. If any missed call it will captur photo
Is the micro SD card in the doorbell on the outside or is it not on the screen on the inside? I have a card in the doorbell and when someone rings there is no photo saved or a record of who rang the doorbell

I m facing an error. Once someone ring the bell from outside nd it worked properly but if the person ring it again it didn’t showed up. It required few minutes then jt worked

After connecting a door contact sensor to DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) for alarm, where do we get alarm? There is a provision on DS-KH6320-WTE1 display station and it works giving alarm. But usually door contact wiring is near to door and vedio phone, again multiple outdoor station requires door contact to be connected to phone station as only one door contact alarm can be configured in display
