    How to make Sayote sa Gata
    Ingredients:
    - Sayote
    - Onion, Garlic, Ginger
    - Dried Shrimps
    - Coconut Milk
    - Fish Sauce, Vinegar
    - Malunggay
    - Chili
    Procedure:
    - In a pan, sauté aromatics and dried shrimps.
    - Add coconut milk, bring to a boil.
    - Simmer until fat is rendered.
    - Add Sayote, simmer until tender.
    - Add remaining ingredients.
    - Season according to preference.
