Day 1 of The Camino de Santiago

I recently had the amazing opportunity to travel to Spain with my family for 2 weeks. We flew from SA to Madrid with a connecting flight through Dubai. Once in Madrid we spent one night there so that we could catch the train to Sarria the next morning, this is the town where our Camino would start. The plan was to do 120 Km in 5 days. It was gonna be tough, but we Saffers are built for things like this.

Looks cool guys !!! I enjoyed Spain when I went too the breads and cold meats were awesome and the tapas. Mr Van Donder looked tired a few times LOL.

Amazing , what type of camera 🎥 did you use?

I used a Nikon Coolpix for most of the footage, as well as a Gopro and a Smartphone. I really want to get DSLR so that I can step-up the footage even more.

AJ van Tonder excellent, I’m also doing the same type of filming and use the Nikon 900A , entry level 4 K , grunty camera and light for travel and shoot amazing film, only drawback is the zoom, not so easy to manage when using. Love to see your other work. And say hi to your dad and mom.

Yeah the zoom on the Nikon is also no existent, so it makes it difficult to capture certain shots... Well this is Day of Spain Camino, I have already done the next 4 episodes of the Camino and gonna start now on the second half of the trip which is exploring the rest of the Spain.
