  • #recipe #crockpotcooking #Chocolate Crockpot Chocolate Covered Peanut Clusters is super easy and super tasty! They taste just as good or better than you can get in the stores, and this recipe makes a lot of peanut clusters! Gail has had this recipe for many, many, many years. It is tried and true and has been tested bunches and bunches of times with loads of compliments. These peanut clusters are made in the crockpot (slow cooker), making them just the easiest of the easiest to make. Some of the tools Gail uses are in the links below. Just click on the Amazon affiliate links to view or purchase the items. The Ingredient List and recipe are below as well. Thanks for watching. INGREDIENT LIST and RECIPE
24-ounce Almond Bark, cut in chunks
3-ounces unsweetened chocolate (Gail uses Baker's chocolate), cut in chunks
11.5 ounces chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate. Use what you like.)
    24-ounces dry roasted peanuts
    DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. (I use a smaller crockpot, size 4.5, but I have also used a larger one as well.) Turn the crockpot on low and stir occasionally until the almond bark and chocolate are melted. Spoon onto parchment paper. Put in refrigerator to set. (See video for how Gail puts all the pans in the refrigerator.) Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
