I'm adding my comment on my husband's feed :) I have been working out with you and your mom for a year. I'm 72 and we just returned from a 7 day trip to the Grand Canyon and 3 other locations. Because of your training and guidance and consistently following the workouts, I was able to hike a 100 foot high rocky trail to view ancient petroglyphs, hike over 30 miles and, as a surprise, loose 6 pounds. I honestly could not have done this before I started working out with you guys. THANK YOU APRIL and MOM. You really changed my life.

I'm following your *1 Week Strength Training Plan - Intermediate* this week and used this workout for the follow-up cardio after some Upper Body work for *Day 2* . I don't think I'd ever tried this one before, and it's so much fun to keep discovering "new" workouts in your playlists! Since today was an Upper Body strength day, I tried this one with 2-pound dumbbells all the way through. After doing a 10-minute dumbbell workout with 5-pound weights, the 2-pounders felt like nothing at first, but about halfway through, I definitely started feeling them -- especially on the in-out exercise. I was still able to continue using them comfortably for the duration of the workout except the finisher, which I did at a fast jog. I added several extra cooldown stretches at the end. I think I've found yet another favorite among your workouts! 😀

I am 71 and do your exercises daily. I have exercised all my life but have found recently that arthritis keeps me from doing high impact exercises. I had moved on to the 15 min videos 2 days ago to continue to ramp up post-Covid, but I felt like I could do 20 minutes - and I did! I think I am improving more quickly because I had been doing your videos for 6 weeks prior to Covid and was up to 45-60 min videos. Somehow I missed this one. It may only be 20 minutes but it's a real challenge--and FUN! I found it in day 13 of your 30 day beginner workout plan which I'm turning to daily. This one's quite an invaluable workout which I plan on returning to over and over again. Then again, I truly enjoy and return to just about all your routines. I've diligently stuck to your many walking workouts (and then some) and have found that it's true: no struggling to keep up with them. Instead I challenge myself and find I'm moving faster and feel endorphin "high" when I'm done! Better than wine!!!...Anastasia

Thank you for this 10 minutes exercise with you and your mother..I made it to ten minutes this second time. It feels good and I am going to follow you every day from now on. I am 89 years old and in my forties I used to join an aerobic class for two years when I was asked to teach the class forty. It inspired me but when I left the club and my only chance to do my exercise with others is to start a fitness centre in the department where I was working. I taught the Jane Fonda program and it was working well. I used to run two to three miles every morning until my husband could not run with me anymore and at time I stopped the exercise and running at 61 years old. When I retired I joined the aqua Aerobics for many years then I had to stop because of bladder problem. I did few exercises sitting down for my knees to relieve me from arthritis and when the pandemic lockdown began no more walking and exercise done until today when I noticed that I am all stiff and look awful. I need stretching so I joined your class yesterday but made only halfway. I made it to the ten minutes and feel better. I found that my balancing was awful andI I am glad no one saw me. So happy I found your videos! I recently had 5 heart procedures and ended up with open heart surgery for a genetic heart disease. The cardiac recovery therapy was an hour away so with my Dr's permission, I was allowed to do therapy at home. Your videos got me to understand how important it is to get off the couch and move. I am never overwhelmed by your workouts nor my recovery now. I thank you and my ❤ does too!

Somehow I missed this one. It may only be 20 minutes but it's a real challenge--and FUN! I found it in day 13 of your 30 day beginner workout plan which I'm turning to daily. This one's quite an invaluable workout which I plan on returning to over and over again. Then again, I truly enjoy and return to just about all your routines. I've diligently stuck to your many walking workouts (and then some) and have found that it's true: no struggling to keep up with them. Instead I challenge myself and find I'm moving faster and feel endorphin "high" when I'm done! Better than wine!!!...Anastasia

Ten minutes is all they can do right now and your beginner workouts are PERFECT.👌🏼 (One small request: please put a countdown timer in the corner. It would encourage beginners to see “only 3 minutes left...I can do it!”) A huge THANK YOU for your channel and all your hard work!

I am 89 years old and in my forties I used to join an aerobic class for two years when I was asked to teach the class forty. It inspired me but when I left the club and my only chance to do my exercise with others is to start a fitness centre in the department where I was working. I taught the Jane Fonda program and it was working well. I used to run two to three miles every morning until my husband could not run with me anymore and at time I stopped the exercise and running at 61 years old. When I retired I joined the aqua Aerobics for many years then I had to stop because of bladder problem. I did few exercises sitting down for my knees to relieve me from arthritis and when the pandemic lockdown began no more walking and exercise done until today when I noticed that I am all stiff and look awful. I need stretching so I joined your class yesterday but made only halfway. I made it to the ten minutes and feel better. I found that my balancing was awful andI I am glad no one saw me. So happy I found your videos! I recently had 5 heart procedures and ended up with open heart surgery for a genetic heart disease. The cardiac recovery therapy was an hour away so with my Dr's permission, I was allowed to do therapy at home. Your videos got me to understand how important it is to get off the couch and move. I am never overwhelmed by your workouts nor my recovery now. I thank you and my ❤ does too!
