Additionally, it is okay to have some understanding or sympathy for those who committed crimes. It does not mean the person condones the crime committed. It just means we do not have to resort to hating someone who makes very very evil decisions. I thought I knew everything but knew nothing. STAY IN YOUR KIDS BUSINESS
Look at the Brice staring at him as he testifies. As a teen trying to be hard and scared to death. Smh the streets isn’t a place for children to live without supervision. That’s how low life folks get a hold of them and use them up. Life is not a song, video game or a movie. He’s going to see that scene for the rest of his life.

@@JudahsAwakeningthese are learned and influenced behaviors. You have to read the whole book to truly understand why these kids are making the mistakes they are. Until then, you will make your shallow and biased comments instead of offering anything constructive. These kids and even adults are born in situations and circumstances that like myself, I’m betting you have never faced. This even applies to the “mad man” himself. Clearly there’s deep issues that went unresolved and you expect an angel?
Now having to testify this poor man not only already has trauma written all over his face from this, but now will fear for his safety and his life/ his loved ones lives, all because they wanted him to take the stand. :( I think for cases like these, they need to have witnesses speak/talk/take the stand and have both parties question him/ interrogate or whatever you call it, getting his testimony BUT without the KILLER IN THE ROOM who is able to identify this innocent man.
Unfortunately there's no way to do that. Because in the Constitution of the United States you have the right to face your accuser. So, that's why the witness protection program was created. Especially during like the RICO Act and when people were testifying against mob bosses and whatnot. However, it's still unfair.. because you take the stand to help out the state and you lose your entire life. And in some cases people wanted that. But in cases like this witness protection isn't even afforded to these people. It's usually only in federal cases. And these kids probably wouldn't want that anyways. Because what they have and the only life they know would then be taken away again. And they're also doing time so they're in prison anyways. At least in most of these cases. They don't get off scott free for testifying. So testifying and doing the right thing is also a lose-lose situation for a lot of these people. And it's sad. There should be another way. Especially when it's people this young that make awful decisions but they came from awful situations to begin with.

I’d give one of my lungs to help the two victims that survived-because that is honestly what they are in this entire nightmare: victims-and the justice system made them pay the price for being the victims of coercion and intimidation tactics by the actual killer. They were framed to make them complicit in the crime and to give the actual killer leverage over them if things went South. The system noticed that these misguided and easily-manipulated youngins were all “friends” with each other for lesser criminal activities and decided it was fitting to label these 2 victims on an equal category as a psychopathic narcissistic manipulative gangster hitman/serial killer/child killer.
This is an extreme lesson in how you gotta be very careful with the people you surround yourself with. I cant help but feel a bit bad for this kid. He never really had a chance.
At around 32 mins he make eye contact with the killer and he loses he whole train of thought and gets full of anxiety and can't sit still it's so sad it goes to show how scared he is even now of that man.

Imagine if Brice was a positive male role model for these kids . All of their outcomes would’ve been different. It starts with him and the lack there of of parenting and positive role models in the home and environment. Brice probably grew up in the same circumstances and turnt out the way he did. These kids aren’t “killas” , they all are victims of circumstance, influence and environment . Far as Brice , he has a lot of demon in him , no love or compassion at all. That’s a killa”
Has anyone asked themselves the question on how Brice even knew these two brothers. Maurice and Larry were introduced to Brice by their mother who thought Brice would put some money in their pockets. She’s a previous gang member herself and influenced her sons to be apart of the same life she was living. Shes not innocent and should be on trial just as much as Brice, they questioned the other boy on the stand about a phone call he overheard between Brice and Elizabeth Marie wren, that call wasn’t about the boys being involved in the shooting but that Brice didn’t break them off the cut he told them he would. Don’t believe me look her up and see for yourself.
Exactly what I’m dealing with right now. The courts see these “mothers” crying in court and forget to investigate them too. My husband was killed by his brother and father because his mother said the brother didn’t have to give him his car back after stealing it. Nasty work!!! These “mothers” be too involved with the street life themselves smh all grownups need to be charged and convicted!

He’s courageous, brave, and would be an amazing youth mentor. I hope he’s able to heal from this, have a family of his own one day, and live a productive life without this weighing on him day and night. Young man , we are all so proud of you for being so honest and brave ❤
Praying for this young man. I’m rooting for your healing, your growth and future endeavors. So sorry you had to experience this! Witnessing the murders of your family AND being subpoenaed to testify with all the danger & heat you potentially face.
Hi Jess😊
His eyes, I feel his pain. R.I.P to the victims.
U can't feel his pain unless you went thru the exact same thing we he went thru u might see his pain but no one feels it but the people who been in his shoes

This poor kid. I feel for him. He came from a difficult home life and tried to survive and raise himself in the streets. He did not even want to testify. Brice is a scary MFer.
He’s a Sociopath. He should never be allowed around a kid a dog any living thing.
Lmfao poor kid? Eyeroll
@cathygee3007. I feel you
Once the prey predates, it has successfully survived victimhood and no longer qualifies for compassion. RETARDO-RAMBO is only intimidating to the vulnerable. That Worm has bad charges. He has to be PC.
@lady2550 it's easy for us to sit in our nice warm houses and judge these kids. I used to think the same thing until my daughter worked for a shelter for runaway and troubled youth. The stories you hear from these kids are so sad. No family, no support, no structure. Looks like these kids were looking for guidance and had the unfortunate luck of running into a monster instead.
Thank you, young man for revealing the God awful truth.
I’m so sorry for you loss and pain but I’m so thankful for your courage. You deserve a great protection and victim witness advocate, I also believe in your ability to overcome this and help others.

This young man went through a lot of trauma and I commend him for his bravery of speaking up. I’m sure he was and is afraid of what Brice would or could do to him. I hope they put him in some kind of witness security because I have a feeling that Brice has connections
Stop that b.s if it was your kid who was murdered you would be sounding different. Don't give me that b.s that he was forced too
@@mhutch5082You might sound different too if it was your loved one who died or committed murder. It is easy for people to judge others because we are not experiencing what has happened. Additionally, it is okay to have some understanding or sympathy for those who committed crimes. It does not mean the person condones the crime committed. It just means we do not have to resort to hating someone who makes very very evil decisions. Fortunately, when we serve on a jury, we have to make decisions based on facts and what is lawful or expected by the courts. I have a feeling you might never serve on jury. If you have already? 🤦🏾♀️
@@wendy___777 I'm not talking about hating anyone you dweeb. Where did I say that ???? The law is the law. You break it you suffer the consequences. Simple really. Merry Christmas

Yes
He killed someone with four preteen and teenagers present who probably didn’t have parents in their business like they should’ve. When he said to violate them why would you think they wouldn’t be scared? Why wouldn’t they feel like they have to go with it? Where was your mind when you were 15-17? This man killed someone in front of them you don’t think they wouldn’t be scared? He was their biggest influencer. I know I couldn’t make adult decisions that were logical. I thought I knew everything but knew nothing. STAY IN YOUR KIDS BUSINESS
so grateful my mama was always in mine. i could’ve ended up in prison or dead if not for her making sure i was straight
I know. He is evil
Corey look like he felt some type of way at the end when the attorney said his girlfriend whole name out loud and said the street she live on. I hope they got that girl put up somewhere 🤦🏽♀️
Smh so sad young boys following behind a 25 year old! Not thinking how dangerous this is and talking about it is even more dangerous! So sad these young boys didnt even see the trap he had for them😢 Once he knew they were talking he had his mind made up!
Exactly my thoughts. Why would a 25 yr old hang out with children/minors? He’s a sociopath who can’t even manipulate people his own age.
Wl you can’t blame them, you have to blame the mad man for not being a positive role model, all young men aspire to be just like the older men that are around them.
A 25 year old goofy! But these kids know right from wrong. So they don’t get a pass. Nobody had remorse until they got caught n realized jail was real
@JudahsAwakening The two boys that were murdered had remorse and felt guilty thats why they were killed!
There was never a hit on anyone! Bryce just wanted to kill somebody in front of those boys so they could all be scared of him and do whatever he says!
I feel so bad for the 2 survivors...they were so young, and him sitting on the witness stand looks like a scared child.
This is sooo f***** heart breaking!!!!! This young man is really hurting.. God please wrap your healing arms around him and stay with him for comfort and healing.. Amen
I dont like how she questioning him she doesn't seem to let him take a moment. She sounds like she just want the answers very inconsiderate of having him relive thst horrible moment of watching and being forced to kill his close friends. 😢😢😢😢
Sis this is so sad 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. I'm praying for all of them. I can't imagine how those young men feel. 🙏🙏
Technically they were dead already.
This is the face of a man that regrets what he’s done. Sad because kids make the worst decisions in life sometimes not realizing the effects of what they’ve done.

This was so horrible..Those young men who were killed suffered. Brice is a demon..Those young men were of no threat. I do feel sorry for this young man testifying.
He was 25, they all were between 14-16. I have nephews their age and they’d be nowhere close to a grown Man with no Substance, let alone all times of the night. Their Mother & Parents gave Him free range, and He ruined them with it. They were mere puppets to Him, now traumatized for life. 😢
True! Very sad
He doesn't sound like he had parents. He was 15 and couch surfing from house to house.
Especially the victims. Their mother…. 🤮
Unfortunately hid father was killed and his mother wasn't really around.
Maybe those nephews had really good parents? Not every kid has that...

I guess people don't understand what a big homie means and being in a gang .
I figured that too and when he mentioned “violate” it confirmed it.. they were young and going along with what they big homie told them to do

Was it necessary for the attorney to expose this man's girlfriend full name and address? Why put her in harms way with these nut cases?
Ikr they usually don't say all that in court... What about protection for her and her family

What parents? His father was killed and he doesn’t want to say. Obviously at the hands of someone else too

Let’s talk about intimidating the witness…. Again & again & again
Pray for this man’s future mind & future life.
Man this whole case has my guts in a knot 😢 every adult in their lives failed them miserably! Had anyone had a half decent parent they could go to they wouldn’t be in this situation. My heart goes out to the victims AND THEYRE ALL VICTIMS!
Louisville, KY is full with addicts and I'm not judging because I have family and friends there. A lot of people go there for their sobriety.
This hurt my heart because he was so remorseful about what happened he did not want to be apart of this crime but he was terrified of the monster that had control of them
The fear and pain in his eyes are so noticeable it’s sad. That dude manipulated a bunch of kids and now has them in a huge mess. Prayers to the victims family 🙏🏽
Omg I feel so sorry for him. Hanging around a monster and had to witness such horrific things
Brice Rhodes had a happy upbringing with his father & stepmother. You should watch the stepmother’s witness statement.
This was sad all the way around...this young man need serious help he is suffering years later

Oh wow
Exactly what I’m dealing with right now. The courts see these “mothers” crying in court and forget to investigate them too. My husband was killed by his brother and father because his mother said the brother didn’t have to give him his car back after stealing it. Nasty work!!! These “mothers” be too involved with the street life themselves smh all grownups need to be charged and convicted!

I dont want to throw stones ... but ... he wasnt 100% innocent.
@ceasarwright7567 he was more innocent than the others including their mother if you want to look at it that way. Also we don't know who, how or what their minds were besides children.
