      Hello I am a truck driver and my right feet and ankle hurt because I used my right feet to hold the gas pedal for a long periods of time which puts strain on the side of my right foot and ankle.
      What is a best exercises for this issue?

      Hi I'm in uk I do a lot of cycling and some times walking and noticed I've had a pain in my heal for 3 weeks only hurts a little bit when putting pressure on my heal I have tried soaking my feet and rolling ice bottle will these exercises work thanks

      I did just try it and it made my foot warm up which I needed because getting up or out of bed or standing in a nightmare.

    Instant pain relief!!! I have been dealing with this for years now and could not believe the relief I got from doing these exercises. I have been in denial about my pain for awhile because I still feel like I should feel like I did in my 20s lol!! But the pain has become awful!!

    This is super helpful. I gained a lot of weight in a bad relationship, which 100% contributed to my plantar fascitis going from "Once in a blue moon" to "Almost daily". But until I can lose the weight, which takes time, I still need to manage the pain. Plus, when it's bad, then you don't wanna walk anywhere, making it harder to lose said weight.

      This is exactly what I am experiencing this is the heaviest I've ever been in my life. I want to lose weight but with the foot pain it's making it really difficult 😢❤x.

      I have exactly the same problem. I enjoy walking but am unable to walk more than about 6,000 steps a day with Plantar Fasciitis. I need to lose weight to help with the problem.

    Thank You for this video. I’ve been in a CAM boot for 4 weeks due to a 5th metatarsal fracture so I had to discontinue PT for my plantar fasciitis. Your videos help me continue some at-home PT for all my foot issues.

    This guy is amazing. I had a very bad pain at the back of my knee and all I did was follow his instructions for just a couple of days and I have a total relief. I now have a pain in my heel and I am going to follow his advice. I hope it gets fixed just the way my knee pain vanished. He knows what he’s talking!

    I was diagnosed with Plantarfaciitis years ago and it's never gone away. Now I'm in my 60's, lately I've had constant discomfort in both feet. Trying to get an appointment with a doctor in the UK can take weeks so I'll try your exercises and see how I go.

    Apollo a couple of his tutorials for different pain I get time to time like in my back or my neck or my legs and now in the out of my foot these massages work so well you can easily do them at home. I totally recommend this guy so much I’m on vacation and my foot hurts and this fix my problem so much.

    I was just diagnosed with this. My ankle is swollen on the left side only, will this subside w/the prednisone. I’m an avid hiker and this is depressing. Going to try these exercises. Thank you

    The dull throbbing aches in my heal at the beginning and end of the day was enough to make me want to rip my hair out, one day I just had enough, asked my wife to get the broom stick, and massage my heal as hard as she could for as long as she could, the main was excruciating!!!! But over night, not a thing. And haven’t had a flare up in over a year

      There is no way this actually worked 😮 …I’ve been dealing with this pain for about a year now and since I got my orthotics insoles and got a steroid shot on my left foot on the heel (where my pain is) STILL NO RELIEF! At all , I feel like it’s getting worse ..man you have me thinking about your method , because I am desperate for pain relief at this point the morning and when I get home from work is just HELL and I am over it , I tried everything and nothing helps 😔

      @@FreddyKingz36 i had it so bad that I could only take 3 steps at a time after standing for 2 mins. I use a ball roller, guasha, massage gun and massaging and it went completely away after a few weeks. Now a year later its starting to come back.

    I am going to try to start doing this. I work 10-11 hour shifts and I come home almost limping due to PF pain. I think I might moisturize my feet along with the first step. I think that will be a nice combo. Thank you for the help.

    I bought new soles to put into my shoes for a medium arch foot. They have gel and are very comfortable. I realized this because my shoes are old but still look new, but the soles were very hard so the new soles give so much more support. One day of wearing them and my foot already feels better and will try running again tomorrow.

    I had this problem past tree years I got the shot and rest until completely fine no walk and not standard and watch what you eating.don’t eat inflammatory food if you don’t know just google it . This is my experience try it. I am fine now after 3 months rest don’t carry weight otherwise it will come back

    I prefere to start by moving my foot around and wiggling and spreading my toes in all directions while im still lying on my bed. It helps me a lot.
