This is fabulous for me. I used to see all these aircraft just like this as a kid, Ive been to Heathrow but not this early. These old films are magic to watch now. Thanks for this.

There is something I don't understand here, the film hadn't been flipped for cinematographic reasons. The letters were the right way around, the British cars on the runway were right-hand drive. How did the film show the loading of the plane from the right or starboard side?
The film I'd estimate looking at the vehicles was 1960s, if not earlier.

In these times you either had cash to get a plane ticket and enjoy luxury or you didn't and you didn't fly.
