@@pianoforteyt Dear Pianoforte, You made my day, on a day that I particularly need it ! Thank you !!! As I said elesewhare, for a self-taught amateur you are AMAZING and you richly deserve your devoted fan following. I am currently preparing what I hope will be a very useful video tutorial on Chopin's Nocturne in F Minor. I just need a couple of more weeks of practice, as well as for a pactical problem I am facing, to be hopefully resolved by then. In that video I will also direct my viewers to your channel!:)
@@pianolessonsboulder1894 Aww, thank you so much Sarah, I’m glad I made you happy! You’re such a wonderful teacher and pianist at heart and your videos never fail to amaze me. I’m so excited to watch your wonderful tutorial, and start learning it with your help! 😆 Sorry for the late reply, have a wonderful day, Sarah Heger! 😀
Dear mac, Thank you for your kind comment. It inspires me to keep on working at making instructional videos. Please feel free to write again - and as many times as you wish - to ask me any questions you might have about how to practice this waltz, fingering pedaling ets. as I have not dealt with these questions. I look forward to hearing from you:)
Of course, I couldn't play a piece like that but you are explaining so well the difficult parts. I will try what you are saying about how practicing arpeggios at the beginning. I really love how they sound if you don't over done it with them while improvising. By the way that part at 07:29 sounded a lot like a Beethoven (Moonlight sonata mvt 3).
If you would like to take piano lessons with me, I can be reached at nostalgic21@comcast.net . I teach on Skype. I look forward to hearing from you :) Thank you.
Thank you for asking :) I am of Armenian descent and have lived and studied in India, England and Germany. I now live in Boulder, Colorado. hank you watching, and keep playing the piano!:)😊💖
