I think the Daily Bugle and the Sanctum Sanctorum were meant to be together (side by side) because of the way the boxes and garbage bin align. I know you'd said that you personally didn't like the large size of the Daily Bugle, but it's a sky scraper which can definitely add variety to a realistic downtown core, and it's a Marvel building so it goes nicely with the Sanctum Sanctorum (in my opinion :) Thanks for the good video.

Exactly- they do not need to go there like normal people 😅 and the last floor is in my opinion secret room with limited access- so only the particular heroes should be able go there 😊
I like how the sacrum Santorum doesn’t align perfectly with the other Modular’s, because in real life a lot of buildings have ally ways and all the Modular’s are right next to each other with no alleyways.
Great vid, Colin. Useful info on whether to get the Sanctorum for use as a modular. I think it's a qualified 'yes' if it is used nas a corner piece. Personally, I'm starting to move away from 'official' buildings in favour of MOCs, as it is cheaper and also more satisfying to design one's own buildings (and vehicles). Thanks for a very well made and useful video.
on the topic of easter eggs. My favourite easter egg from modular sets is the advertisement for that illegal laundry business on the side of the police station. if anyone has the detectives office, police station, and brick bank it could be a crime thats never solved ;)

Switch the to baseplates, then you`ll get two separate buildings! :)
It would be nice if you talked on both audio channels instead of only having elevator music on the right channel....
Good video but the flickering of your white light is quite annoying.
The entrance/lobby area with the stair case is too small.
