Mam, does the 5 mL KCl contain 10 or 20 mL of potassium per 500 ml DNS

5ml kcl in 500ml dns will give 20 meq/l of potassium

Madam,in dengue febrile phase if fluid is needed, DNS +KCL 1.5ml/kg is the choice?

Yes provided you are getting a urine output of minimum 1.5ml per kg per hour.
