I agree to some extent. We have mud in some places in the US. Where I live, there's one spot in the neighborhood that gets a bit muddy, but we don't have enough rain to get such huge mud spots.

My Daughter's wedding pictures were done in Rye,NY. Westchester county. Nature conservancy. Breathtaking stone mansion in ruins. The most breathtakingly beautiful wedding pictures in a setting very similar. This is Such a Treat!!!

You brought back memories of asking my grandmother if she was going to have any extra dough when making biscuits. She asked if I wanted a blackberry pie and my face must have lit up bc she would hand me a small bucket and I would run to the edge of the woods and pick enough berry's for a pie! I'm in Charlotte, NC. She lived in Indian Land,SC. It has changed so much! So June 9th 2006 I was in a headonwreck and I had been trying to save to go to Scotland or Ireland. After life support and rehab I can walk but not good. You show me things I wanted to come and see. Your in a different area but it's still about a castle and history! Hi Julie, Fi here! Another fabulous video, you two are so darn funny together and like many, I love to hear the banter between you two. I was laughing like crazy when you were muttering in the background while Luke was trying to explain things, I do same with my hubby too! One of the more interesting places to do a dig, or search for treasures would be the Spring shown on the map... Way back in time, Springs would have been places where offerings were made, also Wells too (do you have any Wells on the property?) I would love to live in the Cottage Luke showed, it's beautiful and quaint and to have an open fire once more, brings back lots of memories of mum and I standing in front of one with our skirts hitched up a little warming the back of legs and bottoms lol lol, how lovely and I remember being 4-5yrs old and my mum bathing me in the old stone Kitchen sink, while my older brothers were bathing in an old tin bath lol lol. Today, many of these sinks are sought after as an old touch to a modern kitchen and you can find them here and there in Reclamation yards, but mainly in gardens with plants in them :0( Made me smile when Luke told Tom to go first through the gate because there was a cow with horns lol, I agree with Luke, I'd of done the same, but something tells me Julie, you would have shoved Luke through the gate first ha ha!

Wild black raspberry jam is wonderful! I forage in the wild every year when they're out. I usually forage enough black raspberries for about a dozen 4oz. jars of jam and give to friends and family at Christmas. (The berries are high in polyphenols + vitamin C.) Racine, WI USA

I want to rent the cottage! Its beautiful. FYI the cows don't taste different lol. The only possible issue maybe the dairy cows are leaner and maybe a bit tougher but if there is doubt just do hamburger meat or kabasa sausage links.

With this emphasis on preserving rarer varieties of cows, will there be a corresponding emphasis on selling a wider variety of wools? In the US, most of the wool we get consists of probably 2-3 types.
Omg Julie pants inside your boots and that mud is nothing lol. Bad mud is when your horse paddock has a island and your horse is on it and the mud wants your boot lol. Here in Michigan we just got 2 1/2 inches of rain, from 80 degrees to 50 degrees Pure Michigan lol.🇺🇸
