2 high pressure fuel pumps and 2 buckets destroyed. One replaced at 130k miles and the 2nd one lasted 1k miles. Camshaft replacement?

my desired is 2000 but its only putting out 200psi and wont start. how to know if its the sensor or high pressure pump . low presure is 100psi
