I would hve tried it in the snow, but the problem is that Toyota doesnt deliver it to Finland for some reason.

The FWD handling looks pretty good in winter conditions. How well did the FWD road grip/handling perform? Would AWD be any improvement or is the FWD good enough on snowy/icy roads?
Also, how did you size down to the 17" wheels? Is this something than be requested from dealers?

It handles very well, the best thing about Toyotas in winter is the traction control, you dont even feel the wheels slipping at all even if there is a lot of snow. I have not tried the AWD prius since we dont get it here, but compared to other AWD toyota hybrids i would say you will definetly get along with the FWD on icy and snowy roads. Those wheels are bough separately for winter tyres. You can buy them from Toyota directly!

To clean rear camera you can use "Rear camera washer switch" or while in R (reverse) on multimedia screen you will see on the bottom corner a icon to touch and clean the camera. th-cam.com/video/da_r9IMJOfk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=iOoI4d0SS_gjLN9Z

I swapped my wheels for 17" as well. I am using Pirelli ICE Zero Asimmetrico 195/60 R17 90H - a bit noisy for my liking, but man, in snow they stick like crazy :)
BTW, great driving, you clearly have more experience driving in the snow than I have.

Yes the smaller wheels are a little bit more quiet. Thank you!

Wish the Prime was available with AWD but, it seems there's just no room for the third motor. Shame that. Our winters are quite like Finland's in our part of Canada. At the least, you need four winter tires. Think we'll go with a winter grip in 225-60-16 and 16" rims this fall. We are getting up to 91Km in EV Mode with our 2024 Prime on 17's. Wonderful.
