I plan on making this and then crocheting pouches to sew onto the sides and little reattachable pockets for me to wear to festivals, also it'll just be nice to wear on a regular basis to feel nice!!!!

Thank you! 💛 As you will be doing the corset made to measure it will automatically add more rows to the front, if you see that is not enough taller at the front then maybe add more increases to rows, not all the end, maybe in the middle of the front part, so it will widen the front. I know this was posted over a year ago but I have a question so hopefully someone can help if you don't see this!😅 My waist measurement is 78.5 cm and when I divided that by 4 it turns out in odd numbers that I'm not sure how to measure, so my question is that would it be better to just round up to 79 or down to 78 cm instead? Hello so basically you have to divide your waist measurement with 4cm shes not saying "minus" shes saying "mine is" so you only have to divide your measurement with 4 hope this helps
I don't understand. At the start you're saying "take your waist measurement circumference MINUS 74 cm". Then you're saying your measurement is 74 cm in fulll so you divide it in 4. What do you do with the actual waist measurement if it happens to not be 74 cm ? Which is it : (waist-74)/4, or (waist=74)/4 ?? Why minus 74 cm ? What minus 74 cm ?? So confusing for a beginner.
