@@JuliusCollects after watching your video IIRC, my Wife got a Garvantula EX Illustration Rare and same card Full Art Rare. While I got Terrapagos EX Hyper Rare. And both of us decided to make decks around em since we had a good chuck of the cards needed to make em.
Ah the crystal rainbow cards are some of my favorites! Great pulls you guys! 🔥 I will open a Stellar Crown booster box + Elite Trainer box on the channel next week. Hope you enjoy that one, as well. Happy collecting!
ah yes. another good video from you. no big hits so far for me. the best ine is crown zenith glaceon v star. that artwork is making me cry from how beautiful it is.
Thank you and no worries, they come over time! 😊 And that Glaceon is easily one of the best cards from the set! The Suicune V is another favorite of mine from the Galarian Gallery. Absolutely stunning artwork and Crown Zenith was such a cool set. Happy collecting!
I think that needs to be stated more. That even if you find your binder from 2000, the chance that it’s worth tons of money is unlikely. Its likely worth tens or maybe even a few hundred at most
Sadly, that's true. We see this at yard sales and online listings all the time. People just have unreasonable expectations as to the value and are then disappointed when they find out the actual value. I personally added the biggest value to my collection long after my "first binder" period. Happy collecting!
They are indeed considered higher quality (and yes, they often receive higher grades) but they are worth much less than English ones. 😊 Just compare prices for popular cards like Umbreon VMAX from Evolving Skies or any others I mentioned in Japanese with their English counterparts. You'll see that the JPN versions are not even close in value. Happy collecting!
That depends entirely on the card but in general, yes, Japanese is a bit less volatile for modern. A notable exception are female trainer cards that are more expensive in Japanese than in English. On the other hand, Special Illustration Rares in pristine quality are harder to pull from English packs so they are more pricey. Overall though, English is king. Ehh... I might have to do that sometime! 😄 Perhaps I'll have to put those on a different channel though since the majority of viewers is English speaking. Let me know if there is anything you would like to see! Happy collecting
Awesome videos! You popped up in my autoplay shuffle and I thought you were one of the big sub count channels. Subbed!
Thank you!!
Perhaps we'll get there someday. 😄
Happy collecting, and let me know if you have any questions I should cover in the next video!
The Gyarados Ex!!! Wooooo.
I really miss the eReader era sets. So glad I at least got a handful of packs when I was a kid.
🔥 Good memories!
And eReader cards are some of my favorites of all time!
I just started and Steller Crown was the 1st three boxes I purchased. 😂
Welcome to the hobby! 😊
Stellar Crown is a really cool set with some gorgeous artwork! Did you pull some 🔥 from them?!

I am no expert but aren't Japanese ranked higher? Many claim their quality is better and it's easier to get a better grading.

@@JuliusCollects Could it be the japanese prices are more stable? And when will your German alter ego have it´s own complete video in German?
