- In this video I show how I create a faux aged-bronze patina & finish. I go into the details of how I create a luster and depth in the finish. This creates a very complex and layered effect. The products I use are from www.SculptNouveau.com . I use the “Bronze B” and Tiffany Green patina spray. Other products I use are Krylon Crystal Clear and KIWI black shoe polish.

Have you tried using sculpt nouveau black wax instead of the shoe polish?
I have not tried the Sculpt Nouveau wax paste patinas. I'm sure they're good.
@@JonBurnsFineArt It is a very fine and hard wax when it is dry and it fills in crevasses very well but come to think of it ,I am not sure if you can apply anything else over it. It may be best to use it for a final application. They also come in many colors including a Tiffany green.
