It’s sad when try to do the right thing and you end up having to face a kangaroo court for doing the right thing.

Daniel Penny is a 6'2" ex-Marine. He was never in danger.
He acted to protect those smaller and weaker than him, his fellow passengers who said they'd never been so afraid even in decades of riding the NY subway.
For this, his life is ruined. I hope some wealthy patron takes Penny under his wing so that Daniel can live the life he deserves.

When he went limp and was passed out he should have let go. He wasn’t a danger to anyone in that condition.

He might have only been passed out for a couple seconds, and then could have come back with massive force depending on what drugs he was taking. If you want to play the should’ve game, then how about Neely should’ve stayed off the subway threatening women? Or how about Neely should’ve been in jail for his previous charges? Or how about his family should’ve been taking care of him since they seem to care 🤑 so much about him now that they think they can get a big payday from his passing?

@gingersmith2888 so we should all just go around choking out the homeless now? Follow your own train of logic, or maybe it never left the station😂

If they can acquit this guy they can acquit Luigi too!

Luigi's appears to be premediated. and as sad as it is with him being so accomplished and no criminal record, we still don't know everything may not ever, since politicals + corp/bus. heads and their lobbyist = COMMUNISM.

So this guy kept choking the homeless guy even after he passed out? Even after everyone got off the train? I'm really struggling with this one, from what I can tell this guy just choked a homeless guy to death then claimed self defence.

Where I live, we have Y T men flipping out often due to bad drug reactions. So, you're all telling me that it's ok to take them off the census for the safety of others the next time I see one?
