      @@J-Hue I disagree that Joker's not currently at the top of the game. I just don't see him changing it in any way. There's been big powerful goons in the paint since the league was invented. Shaq was more of a force. It ain't like Joker is juggling two balls. He's playing basic Big Dude power basketball, with a nice soft shooting touch. Wilt Chamberlain did that even better nearly a century ago.

      @@eleventhhouseofzenithI will admit I was a bit of a Jokic hater prior to this season. Seeing him get 2 back to back MVPs 1 over Emiid last year as a guy who looks out of shape and un athletic, it pissed me off a little as a basketball fan(I would admit to you back then I was a hater as well lol). But after seeing the way he dominated Anthony Davis last round. Jokic and Giannis are clearly the 2 best players in the league right now and currently its Jokic. His efficiency and IQ together is insane, only Larry Bird, Lebron James, Chris Paul, Magic Johnson have this type of play style in their game where they basically get whatever they want to happen happens.

    • @sganet_
      @sganet_ ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@kanyecrazy7440 People were hating on guys pointing out advanced metrics, clearly showing Jokic as the best player, and Butler was the #2 in WS/48. Everyone kept pushing Embiid and Giannis. Giannis had a lower DWS than Jokic, and his OWS was less than HALF of Jokic’s. I’m glad this post season performance really backed up those metrics for both Jokic and Butler.
      Jokic was #1 WS/48, #1 TS%, #1 VORP, #1 PER, #1 BPM, and avg triple double per 100 possessions in the regular season, leading the league. There’s a reason he’s still playing in June when he finally has a healthy co-star while Embiid is on his couch at home.

      Joker essentially took off the last month of the season to prepare for the playoffs while Embiid balled out to the end. Thus the MVP.

    Is the Joker young enough to be considered a potential all time great center? If he wins a championship he will be on his way.He has a very soft touch for a big dude. He is getting the support he needs too. The Heat are the team to beat, but Denver at high altitude has always been extra tough at home.

    Other teams can get centers to combat Jokic but round one he cooked Rudy and KAT, round two he cooked Ayton and Landale, in round three he cooked AD. It’s doesn’t matter. He cooks Giannis. He cooks JJJ. Embiid is the only center that has given him trouble.
