Love the video! It's Armie, the Hong Kong guide. I have shared with hundreds of guests Hong Kong food that everybody loves, world-famous or exclusively local. Not many aimed at snake soup and local tastes as such like James and Keli. Proudly salute to you!
There are more to discover. Who wants some REAL Hong Kong experience?

Thank you again, Armie! We enjoyed the tour so much. If you’re in Hong Kong, make time for a tour with Armie. 😊

    Great video !!!
Preparing the authentic snake soup is very labor intensive. Beside snake meat, it contains old chicken, pepper root, ginger, jinhua ham, orange peel, bamboo shoots, wine, dried logan, BBQ duck meat, mu'er(wood ear), mushroom, green onion, starch, maybe fish maw, or bits of herbal medicine.
Serve with lemon leaf stripes, chrysanthemum(mums) petals, and crispy fritter on top.

What?! No mention of the iconic HK style milk tea that you had while eating in a HK Tea Restaurant (茶餐廳) which is a staple dining place for locals. This beverage is probably the most well-known food/drink of HK... an estimated over 2 million cups consumed in the city daily. Hope all is well back in China.

Been to HK twice. I did not try all the kinds of food you had though. Anyway, that's because we have all those that you tried here except the sandwich.
Guess cantonese food must be dominant here.

It’s very similar to dishes in China, but the taste is a bit different. It’s very interesting to learn about the influences from both Britain and China.
