Quebec got stolen from me in rehab. I played it over and over again. Playing the last half of the album before going to sleep every night. My roommate hated them and could not understand why I listened to them. After he left I realized he jacked the CD. So I guess it grew in him and he had to have it. So I guess at least I got to turn someone on to them. It costed me the CD. But I can allways here it online.
This track has the same calming and Neuro blocking effects of Zoloft... taking Zoloft and listening to Zoloft = oh yeah baby... give us another solo Dean
Tonight I learned how to search "ween live in chicago" and I'm realizing for the first time that these guys are insane perfectionists that put on an insanely tight live show...wow...I can only imagine if I found myself at this show, what a life-changing experience that would have been
This really and truly is an absolutely exceptional performance by the full band as opposed to just Dean and Gene going out there with pre-recorded tracks and beats. Still that early era of theirs remains boundlessly experimental and is the most fun and funniest and most obscene in regard to their attitude towards making music back in those days.
I…actually can’t believe how fuckin good they sound live. The only thing I’ve ever really heard was Push Th Little Daisies and I hated it, live AND recorded. So I’m pretty damn baffled right now because they legit sound amazing

Deaner was asked by another band to go play in Japan. Gener said ween was done if he went so deaner stayed. They ended up getting to go to Japan together some time after that
Nah dude. I wish Zoloft felt like this song does. To each their own, but in personal experience, Zoloft is one of the absolute last things I would take to feel the way this song makes me feel
Nah dude, it feels like nothing at all, just after some time reduces your anxiety, panic attacks, and makes you feel more like yourself after some time, in my expiriance

I hope you’re doing well out of rehab now!
Maybe he just took it and threw it away.
Either you get what an amazing journey it is to discover ween, then l had to share with my closest friends. Or you don't.
Ha!
Man I love hearing old 2000’s stories about ween, i just get sad, idk why I just do. This band has touched me in a way no other has.

I'm hopelessly in love with the brothers Ween
Sorry they aren’t related lol
@@bapewizard what? they obviously are. Gene Ween and Dean Ween, they both have the same surname.
@@alfonzo_ Not related-They were somewhat polar opposites in school but they both loved music-hence their collaboration from that point on.
@@alfonzo_ not their actual names
@@alfonzo_ Don’t believe these fools, they are most certainly brothers. That’s why they have the same sir name! They even have the same nose!
Quebec is getting me through it right now. Thank you Ween!

Prime Ween.
The whole performance is amazing
You right
They were definitely on their A that night!! Their best performance!!
i love this fuckin band
both mm
3:44 Gene glides off the stage like a wisp of smoke in the breeze
Or possibly a bumb of coke lmao
Chocolate_and_Cheese 97 “I feel good”
🤪
ol gener is so high he ran off to go and feed deaner's guitar to boognish
Ha! I hadn't noticed until you set the time frame...thanks!
I've seen 10 live Ween shows since 94, great live band. I am all the way down with brown 🤘
We all know what he went to do when he walked away.... what a guy.... what an artist.... dont agree? I dont care love ween unconditionally
Went to dump a mega turd.
Fucking helicopter sound cracks me up every single time.
this song is fucking beautiful
Another classic Ween song off of Quebec. By far the best Ween album. In my opinion
I can't agree with that opinion
Zoloft was the most commonly prescribed antidepressant in the USA in 2018 with over 38 million prescriptions.
I’m happy man.
One of the best jams
Take it Deaner.
I…actually can’t believe how fuckin good they sound live. The only thing I’ve ever really heard was Push Th Little Daisies and I hated it, live AND recorded. So I’m pretty damn baffled right now because they legit sound amazing
The drummer fucking snaps as always
Claude
Genius.
Don't cut the mind. Don't drain the source.
I THOUGHT IT WAS DONT DRAIN THE SAUCE
I'm on zoloft and he is describing each 25mg increase up into the therapeutic dose.
>When you overstim from accidentally ODing on adderall and stare off into space for hours feeling great fully aware its entirely fake but in that moment not careing
What like each verse represents an increase?
As awesome as this is live, I like how fake and plastic the studio version sounds. It's almost like it should be for the actual commercial.
I appreciate the studio version because the anti Zoloft message is so distorted like the pills are disguising your real thoughts
I fucking adore the studio version. It's one of my favorite Ween tracks.
That ending reminds me on Pink Floyd’s first album with Sid barret ‘piper at the gates of dawn’ vibe
Deaner was asked by another band to go play in Japan. Gener said ween was done if he went so deaner stayed. They ended up getting to go to Japan together some time after that
This is what Zoloft must actually feel like.
It doesn't. It does however have horrible side effects that will last months or years after you stop taking it.
Nah dude. I wish Zoloft felt like this song does. To each their own, but in personal experience, Zoloft is one of the absolute last things I would take to feel the way this song makes me feel
Zoloft made me love weed
Nah dude, it feels like nothing at all, just after some time reduces your anxiety, panic attacks, and makes you feel more like yourself after some time, in my expiriance
Well, maybe kinda like the last third of the song - thanks to the dissonant synth it sounds like barely contained anxiety...
nothing like some electronic zoloft
Oh the ups and downs of depression on Zoloft.
realize the sky is not made of gold
deaners clone at the end was cool
The Z does not mix good with 8 to 10 Budweisers.
Yeah I like blow and bud.
Catch a bad case of the enevitable.
That's how you get liver failure
Imagine all the people in the crowd not able to take acid cause of zoloft
Acid is better for depression than zoloft anyways lmao
@@katz2_233 ahhhhhhhhh been a long 2 years
@@cow4741 it sure has for real.
@@cow4741 seeing them live tomorrow, hope they play Zoloft!
my friend killed himself last saturday. he sent me this song at 2:31am
Jesus that’s deep….hope you are coping alright. Playing this at deafening volumes in your friends honor
@@LilSarahLee187 i appreciate it. his name was matthew gillespie, he lived in beverly ma and he was a very good man
Gener’s having a good time here..
god, this is a brilliant live cover
???
cover?
Yea what cover. There is no way Ween would be a or to find a song that sounded like thems.elves.
Greg Rago its a cover of ween by ween
mwoelfle it’s almost like a cover since it’s so different from the original
Filmed with potato and it's still great
Amen Bro.
Ay man were lucky for this quality. Have u seen some other live ween recordings? Lol
I take Zoloft for depression.
This is better.
What about the Omni chord 😃?
Me pregunto como llegue aqui
His pupils
awzum
Im rekin the ball. Yrr thanks
Wackin' the ball. He's saying how good it feels to be hitting the ball with loaded bases, knowing he's probably gonna get a home run
I tried zoloft as a kid dindt do much for me
I think I might go back on it and see if it helps.
Just stops you from feelings any emotions basically. For me atleast
It works for me but I'm trying to...ween off lol but seriously I wish I wasn't dependent on it. Mother nature is better than father Pharma💩💉💊🧫
gener looked scary in his 30s
Cocaine is a hell of a drug.
Oh yeah I could make music like this
don't drain the source
Anyone know why he spells Zoloft Z O L O F G in this version?
too much zolofg backstage
it's way easier to sing Z O L O F G and not fuck up, try doing Z O L O F T and Z O L O F G
drugs
