Brought tears to my eyes watching how Darshan kept looking around and was just coasting or floating on the wind. Then spotting the trainer brought wings together instinctively slowing down. WONDERFUL simply wonderful. Thx for sharing this.
The most amazing part is how the eagle is looking for a specific someone, and he can spot it from that high up! Excellent photo work with the camera on the bird.
I like that this was over a city, having solid points of reference makes you realize just how quickly this eagle can move, triangulate, and cover distance. Totally insane, I hope more people will catch on to this and attach GoPros to other amazing animals.
This is so fascinating. Esp. at the end where it's as if that beautiful bird is ready to 'go home'...and starts to dive! And just earlier, I'm thinking how in the world can this creature pick out that one place, that one person....just brings tears to my eyes! Thank you for posting this!!
This is utterly exhilarating and contains such a great life lesson, especially for young adults who are trying to find motivation: once you have direction, you're there! Thanks for the great video and for sharing it with all of us.
Jacques-Olivier, avec votre équipe vous avez fait un magnifique travail en rendant la liberté à plusieurs aigles en captivité (Roy, etc). Le travail de Victor est également magnifique.
I had to rewatch that dive five more times just to comprehend the sheer speed of it. Watching full screen still feel like I just came out of a surreal lucid dream.
Amazing ! They have showed it last evening on the program "The 30 stories ... extraordinary." Absolutely incredible! These imagery are amazing. Unheard of !
Love every one of these videos. The technology enabling us all to experience what it would be like to soar with eagles. Absolutely Amazing, and thank you for sharing your work with the world!
He would have spotted the handler on the floor almost immediately. Eagles have AMAZING eyesight and he'd have been trained using that red square from other locations. This video doesn't sync up with what the handler does, which is a shame, but if you look at other footage you can see that he begins the dive when the trainer gives him a very clear recall signal. I think it's awesome. :) I think it's also important to remember that the flight was to raise awareness of the plight of endangered eagles in the wild. Please do what you can to help, even if it's just making a donation to a reputable conservation society.
Afrikitty Prachtig he Liz? Knap dat die vogels hun weg zo goed weten te vinden en ook mooi om de vlucht eens vanaf de rug van de vogel mee te maken. XOXOX Jeannette
+Tom Tom THIS BIRD CAN SEE VERY WIDE AND AS FAR AS I KNOW ABOUT 180 DEGREES TO CATH HIS PRAY NORMALLY IN THE WILD. IN THIS CASE HE IS SEARCHING FOR HIS TRAINER ON THE GROUND SOMEWHERE.
What an amazing video I think this confirms the consciousness of animals to a high degree ! The eagle after flying to all the heights of the sky instantly recognizes his/her trainer and mission area! Beautiful!
This was really interesting! Watching the bird's reactions to turbulence, how much it actually moved its head and wings, and then the five to its handler!
I just love your videos. Maybe some day you will consider taking your bird to Brazil and having her fly over Rio de Janeiro beaches, the Christ Statue and the Sugar Loaf...
A wonderful Victor with wonderful moments. Thank you for this. Can you tell us, which speed he is flying. And how he can focus you at the end of his flight to land exactly on the arm.
AMAZING! how did he know where his trainer was?..What does the trainer do to teach the bird to go so high and so far away to notice him and only him??? blown away!
excellent! this is so much better without interruption. i'm also hoping to see someone edit in a Godzilla somewhere in the distance eventually... and, 5:21 was intense
The eagle's high-speed descent in the final part of the flight and soft landing was impressive. Despite all the problems that the team had during the preparation of the event, in the end the most important thing, which was this 5:36 flight, was perfect.
Astonishing. amazing. incredible! But that´s an eagle´s ordinary business. Master of the skies.!!!! Thanks to all helping to spread the message of preserving and protecting these wonderful birds and their environment. Still a lot to do!
If you still look at comments I have a question please. So the flight of the bird is a little over 5 minutes. How long does it take before the bird locates your position on the ground? Did it take him about the full 5 minutes, or was he aware of your position before he returned to you? Just curious:) thanks
I know this comment is 4 years ago but ill still answer it, eagles have extremely good vision so he probably already had full sights on his trainer the entire flight, the trainer was at the bottom signaling the eagle to keep flying with his hands and when to land, their is this same vid which is edited which shows the pov of the trainer on the ground.
Why are you smiling? the bird did all the work =) such an amazing creature with such grace and precision and the astonishing ability to see you from such a height... absolutely remarkable...
Eagle: "this is the worst game of hide and seek ever! Seriously, why'd he- Oh wait there he is!"
5:20 Eagle be like: *ALRIGHT M'FUCKERS, FASTEN YO SEAT BELTS...WE ARE GOING FOR DIVE!*
"I got eyes on the target, talons are armed....we're goin' in hot!!!!"
Man he hauled ass once he saw his man.
Brought tears to my eyes watching how Darshan kept looking around and was just coasting or floating on the wind. Then spotting the trainer brought wings together instinctively slowing down. WONDERFUL simply wonderful. Thx for sharing this.
That bird had eyes on his trainer the second he started flying. They have REALLY good eyes.
@ابن الاسلام No idea.
No engines, no fancy tech. Just God’s perfect design. Amazing.
The most amazing part is how the eagle is looking for a specific someone, and he can spot it from that high up! Excellent photo work with the camera on the bird.
That dive!!! Mother nature....Just amazing!!! Can I have a pair of wings now God!?
Sure you can have wings, but you lose sentience. For everything there is a price.
Isaiah 40:31 would be the closest answer...
@أحمد !It's an EAGLE
Not really but you can with technology. They're called winged air packs
I like that this was over a city, having solid points of reference makes you realize just how quickly this eagle can move, triangulate, and cover distance. Totally insane, I hope more people will catch on to this and attach GoPros to other amazing animals.
The last 30 seconds is my FAVORITE part, as well. Victor goes all 'point blank' and gauges his landing. Awesomeness!
I LOVE watching Victor. Excellent photo work with the camera on the bird. Like
I LOVE watching Victor's head move around, gauging his flight. JUST breathtaking. Thank you for such an AMAZING view of the world.
Definitely 10/10 on the badass scale.
That Eagle must have a strong connection with it's handler to not just fly away when it has such freedom. That's a good thing. :) Amazing video!
They call that don't leave your food source
@أحمد probably a Golden Eagle.
You have some of the best, eye catching videos from youtube. Thank you heaps for sharing with us the full flight too.
what camera were you using on your bird?
Gopro
StandContra

Thank you for this! So magnificent!
5:15 seconds of "where's the &!#^$ square" "oh there it is" *monsterdive*.
mfeuell
Yes 😂
That was a "stoop" not a dive. A stoop is a controlled descent whereas a dive is not.
me2 thought that
Pavle, obdivuhodné! Moc a moc Děkuji.
Karel.

Beautiful video; reminds us of how poor our vision is compared to predator birds. Hmmm, wonder what my parrot sees....
while our vision is poor , we can distinguish things from other, cats cant see things closer than few inches, why they have wiskers
Amazing how the eagle sees the square but only decides to dive in when it actually recognizes its trainer and his landing arm.
What a precious eye.
Amazing! One of the most exciting videos I've ever seen. Nature is the best!
That dive! :D
Magnifique boulot avec cet aigle splendide et encore merci de nous faire découvrir ces rapaces!
This was Awesome and the Founders of ONPASSIVE will love the many times Darshan flew by The Burj Kalifa where they own two floors.
Jacques-Olivier, avec votre équipe vous avez fait un magnifique travail en rendant la liberté à plusieurs aigles en captivité (Roy, etc). Le travail de Victor est également magnifique.
that dive... so precise, no mistakes... what a creature... thank you for posting this...

This is OFF THE SCALE awesome. What a gift to see this. Thank you Eagle Eye ! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
much better than drone footage
I have flying dreams all the time and watching this is such a great feeling thank you for sharing this!
Wow, amazing video! I fly often, this really shows how it FEELS to be flying...
Love that dive at the end! You can tell it was looking for the target the entire flight and once it found it, it wasted no time to get to it! Amazing!

A great flight of this Eagle and his trainer did a good job.
Excellent video. (*_*)

+Afrikitty Yeah this was AWESOME!
Why does he move his head so much?
+Tom Tom THIS BIRD CAN SEE VERY WIDE AND AS FAR AS I KNOW ABOUT 180 DEGREES TO CATH HIS PRAY NORMALLY IN THE WILD. IN THIS CASE HE IS SEARCHING FOR HIS TRAINER ON THE GROUND SOMEWHERE.

I bet it can see the trainers face from up there :O
what's a vole lol
This was really interesting! Watching the bird's reactions to turbulence, how much it actually moved its head and wings, and then the five to its handler!
The final approach is amazing. The eagle pretty much nosedives into the landing.
At 1:32 - "Ya fellows enjoying the free tour to Dubai? Fuck these billionairs!!"
How did they mount the go pro on eagle it get pain I don’t understand
I just love your videos. Maybe some day you will consider taking your bird to Brazil and having her fly over Rio de Janeiro beaches, the Christ Statue and the Sugar Loaf...
Lindas imagens e obrigado por postar o vídeo !
Abraços
I remember watching this video stream live ! what type of eagle was it though ?
A wonderful Victor with wonderful moments. Thank you for this. Can you tell us, which speed he is flying. And how he can focus you at the end of his flight to land exactly on the arm.
NICE!!! That was an amazing video. I felt like i was soaring, too.
Brilliant and beautiful! Thank you.
More amazing than the drones. The moment that the bird is the owner of the soil and diving to land. Fantastic.
how is the Sony Cam fixed on the Eagle ?
That is a great video. Thank you for sharing it.
what an insight of birds eye view, incredible ,amazing
How in the WORLD does it know how to find you from so far away? Does it actually LOOK for you from up there? Amazing!
AMAZING! how did he know where his trainer was?..What does the trainer do to teach the bird to go so high and so far away to notice him and only him??? blown away!
Same here...I had the same questions.
Excellent, thanks for sharing.
I love how he keeps looking at that thin tower... the things of interest to a bird.
The 'thin tower' is the Burj Khalifa tower, the world's tallest building, and the one he was released from the top of to begin his flight.
That was awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Incredible footage, of an incredible bird!
That's the best video I've ever seen. What a view
Absolutely magnificent
Awesome, awesome footage!

Amazing video thank you little eagle
Reminds me of a recurrent dream I have.
excellent! this is so much better without interruption. i'm also hoping to see someone edit in a Godzilla somewhere in the distance eventually... and, 5:21 was intense
I have allways wished to see such a spectacular work , amazing
This is the definition of Eagle Eye. WOW. I would not want to be a rabbit when his bird is hungry. I am impressed

Amazing !
Just EXHILARATING !! 🦅 so regal!!
...is the eagle actually hovering at some point?
...and like a thunderbolt he drops...
Who agrees it's the best eagle's flight video?
Have you tried communicating with the eagle remotely (using tones and/or LEDs) to tell it to fly to different directions/destinations?
Eagles fly high without a care in the world. Trusting God and moving gracefully. Absolutely beautiful.
I'm speechless!
Ron Prestia
Beautiful. Thank you.
Absolutely incredible. That is one awesome hawk!
amazing video!
Why are you smiling? the bird did all the work =)
such an amazing creature with such grace and precision and the astonishing ability to see you from such a height... absolutely remarkable...
Exquisite view From an Eagle's back, Burg Khalifa!! awwww
ils landing..very smooth,that dive !!!
What’s the highest an Eagle will fly on its own with a rising food source, or its trainer, as long as the altitude is safe?
what was altitude and what was it a world record of e.g. longest video recorded flight etc. please?
This may be the best way to see Dubai
Yeah because on the ground its full of Arabs
Incredible!
The earth looks round
tsume12 you hurt my brain so much
did you think the Earth was flat?
plot twist
it's the camera lens
just saying
Sam Smith There are retards who claim it's flat.
AMAZING VIDEO RECORDING BY HIGH RESOLUTION CAMERA ATTACHED ON THE BODY OF AN EAGLE FLYING DOWNWARD FROM THE TOP OF BURJ KHALIFA. 😲😲👌👌👍👍
Amazing how his little bird brain can make all of those directional calculations, including the final dive and braking maneuver!
Wow! Thank you!
absolutely wonderful. perfect
Nice Flying Beautiful Eagle
Mantap jiwa bung..
Indah pesona dunia ini
This is Freaking Incredible
