    Akshat's six points:
    1. You must use silence intelligently
    2. Match your brain frequency with tongue frequency
    3. You must speak slowly
    4. You must use simple and familiar words in your vocabulary
    5. You must gain confidence
    6. Less is more

Would like to share my experience. I studied in Kannada medium till 10th. Was struggling in college after i changed my medium to english. One day while watching TV, Pooja Bhat's interview was playing and she was questioned for speaking in English being actress in hindi movie. She responded saying that although she knowns hindi well, she doesnt think in hindi and to answer in hindi her mind has to process her thoughts from english to hindi. This was the 'buddha under bodhi vruksha moment' for me!! From that day in started my journey of thinking in english. 👍. So thinking in english method works. I am also a living example

    Summary:
    1. Take an effective 3-4sec pause when derailed, instead of using filler words. Adjust your glasses/chair... And continue with a root word like extracurricular... "Talking about extracurricular..."
    2. If your tongue frequency & brain frequency doesn't match, you need to practice:
    i) Thinking in English
ii) Being nervous is natural. Observe your pattern. When it happens low down.
    3. Speak 150/wpm. Gradually decrease the speed.
    4. Use simple & familiar words. Build your vocabulary. Use it everywhere.
    5. Gain confidence by practising in a low-risk environment. Otherwise, you'll stop doing it.
    6. Less is more. 10 words per sentence. And say as much as it's required. Be an effective communicator.

Sir your videos are really helpful and awesome. I have noted all your points and have been trying to implement a few of them for months now even before I saw this video but I had just one question and if you can answer it, it would be really helpful. I get really nervous before and during interviews or talks with seniors and then I start sweating a lot. I know I am confident that I can succeed but as soon as I think about talking to them I start sweating. I can't control it and that sweating actually makes me more nervous because I think that the person infront of me will think why am I sweating so much and all that stuff. What should I do about it? How do I keep calm?
