Hey Akshat I am Umesh Laddha, Actually I wanted your advice, I have done B-Pharmacy and MBA in marketing But I am not liking the sales jobs so I was thinking of doing CFA and switching my career in finance. I am currently 28 so should I do it or not.... Just want to know your opinion.....
It might be better to go in Marketing-oriented jobs. Completing CFA is a big challenge as you have to study a tonne, learn 10 subjects and go into exam on a single day (Repeat 3 times successfully or keep trying). And getting to good Finance roles in India is a bigger challenge than Sales, Marketing and IT. Internships or other experiences or a CFA/FRM level 1 clearance become a priority in India. If you can demonstrate your sales skills to get into marketing, finance companies will still hire you. CFA route might not be a good idea now. Maybe go max level 1.
Bro just one advice if you switch careers this way you won't have much opportunities as time goes because of age and competitions so think thrice. Also if you are damn sure u can go through this and this is final then go for it but be ready to work much harder at low marginal package initially. Good luck 🤞
Akshat please don't go warikoo way... Recommended 30 courses or skills you need in one video. That look more like promotion... And less of substance. Just keep it to your forte and area of expertise. Warikoo dwells in everything and in time gonna die down with as it will become only promotional stuff

It's not boring at all. But he speaks little slower than people are used to listening on devices. 1.25× is sufficient though.
