I can't believe I'm just seeing this now. Amazing video! I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. So many of the exercises you do here pay dividends for my sport. I'm going to try to put together a routine like this some day, but I think I'll have to work on my handstand push ups first. Thanks for inspiring!

Bet you nobody who's all buffed up and goes to the gym can do those power exercises. Real strength comes with control! Very nice.

first, do you do all of these exercises or is it just tips on how to workout?
and if you do these, how often?
second, are you doing any other training besides bboying? like running, swimming, bicycle or anything else?

@ip00p01 It depends how i feel. Normally i do around 30 to 40 pushups and this 3 times for each exercise. for those exercises you have to count the time, i do it as long as possible 2 to 3 Times.

@TheBboya So, for this freeze you do not really need a special exercise. For sure you need a good flexibility in your arms to do the x-men Freeze. And i think, when you have very tin arms it will be harder. When i started it, it did not work. But after some days i could stay in this Position for some seconds (5). And After some weeks for over 20 - 30 seconds. Peace

@bripowered i did something similar a 1 year ago, really helped with my ufos and jackhammer(of course the harder variations like pop does, it really works, but well not all of these are good for everyone, i still recommend doing regular sit-ups for power :P
