@@hifiaudios8101 yep. No physical buttons on the bar. I’d never noticed before. Seems like a shortcoming. I unplugged all devices, plugged them back in, did a search on my tv for HDMI devices, and sometime throughout that, the soundbar finally auto switched modes as it found the right one I need. hey there! so, the bose bass module 500 might not show up in the bose music app cause its connected with a 3.5 mm audio cable. the app usually needs a wireless connection to detect and control devices. try connecting it wirelessly and see if that helps. hope this sorts it out for you!
