Aldi is my favorite store! The pasture raised eggs are the best! The packaged cabbage is always fresh! The Irish butter is amazing and cheap and their meat is superb!
Can I get an Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It has allows me to buy the things I need sooooo I can buy the things I want at other High End Stores Like "Whole Paycheck" when I'm shopping the sales like Bobby has been teaching us for eons and eons!!!
@@aemyay5169 Your missing the whole thing!!!! With Aldi's you save your 45% on the things you need sooo you can take money$$$ savings to buy chew-able tender grass fed ground beef at Whole foods or Target or any store you can get your eat on-lol lol . Remember two women teachers said on tv like this: "Life is a series of compromises, sacrifices and trade-offs". Now ,let me use your example in part: I do not like most of Aldi sweets, so used my 45% savings to Ibuy my sweets at Wegmans or an bakery. :)!!! PEAce!!
I like Aldi as well but I don’t buy their meat. Pork loin was slimy and the packaging for the ground beef states: a product of usa, and/or Uruguay. I cannot take the chance of meat traveling that far, especially when we have beef, pork etc right here in the good ole U S of A.
@aemyay5169 very true, it was not like that in the past
@aemyay5169 im gonna go back to Wal-Mart 's grass fed beef. But in a pinch aldis will still do.
We make a very similar dish that came from a recipe book entitled, "Made Whole." It calls for cauliflower rice to be added into the mix, then it is served in romaine lettuce leaves like a taco. I cannot have soy, so we substitute coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. We are empty nesters, so we always have some of this frozen, ready for us to take and heat up for a fast meal!
We made this when our grandchildren were here, and they loved it!!
I'm thankful that there are starting to be more healthy food options. Appreciate you 😊
I love this idea, thanks Bobby! Would be great to see more easy recipe trips to Aldi!
I just made this for my family dinner and it was a big hit. Everyone thought it was delicious and my young ones ate it happily. This rarely happens. This is a win for us. Thank you!!!
Thanks to Bobby Parish I have been able to switch so much of my grocery shopping over to Aldi's with clean eating and budget friendly consumable goods. Thank you! Keep the videos coming.
I learned of this recipe from my sister in law - she called it crack slaw. Try adding toasted sesame seeds on it in the end - it is so yummy and easy for a weekday meal - thanks Bobby!
Peanut butter....That's what this recipe needs. I made it several times and it's now a staple favorite, but put a tablespoon of peanut butter in the mix and that's the secret to good egg rolls. You won't taste the peanut butter it will be subtle. Trust me.
I’m not usually intrigued by recipes on line but this one hits all the right health and taste notes! I will definitely try it ❤️
Bobby shopping in Aldi has shown me all the good buys. Thanks Bobby!
I make the egg roll bowl all the time. I call it a deconstructed egg roll. So good….so easy!!! 😁❤️
I love this style video Bobby!! Thank you for all you do! ❤
Need more Aldi videos always!!!
So I made this recipe this afternoon and it's quite good. I need to work out a couple of my glitches, like overcooking and the correct ground beef, and also I need toasted sesame oil. Other than that, it's really good.
Great recipe, Bobby! The fried egg on the top is genius. I followed your recipe completely with just one changeup. Edamame! I wanted higher fiber but didn't want to go the rice route, so I added shelled edamame, which I thought worked well. Thanks! Mike
I make egg roll in a bowl and never thought about putting a yummy PR egg on top/ Thanks for the idea! Happy Egg Co. Heritage (blue and brown eggs) are the best pasture raised eggs I have tried but Aldi's are good, too.
Your videos are so helpful. Thank you! We watch you all the time.
This looks delicious! A few fresh scallions on top would also be delicious
Tried this tonight for dinner and we loved it. Thanks for the delicious recipe and healthy tips.
Sam’s club 3lb family pack of grass feed ground beef 85/15 is only 15 dollars. Can’t beat it
bob, why do you put the raw beef into a bowl before putting it in the pan? why not just go package directly to pan? what made you use the package to bowl to pan method for this particular dish?
Your eggroll bowl creation looks and sounds totally delicious. Another "idea" for dinner one night. Thank you so much Bobby. Yep, going to try this for sure only with ground turkey!😍
I loved that Leilani made an appearance in the video! We gotta see who is behind the camera❣️❣️ Great job, guys💯
Great video ! I would add some kimchee for a the probiotic and add some of my home grown fermented Thai chili paste to the sauté.
i love Leilani, she’s so beautiful - another perfect video guys ~ thank you ❕☺️
Looked delicious! ! I made it and liked everything but the runny egg yolk.. I had to recook my egg . I added a salt free seasoning mix and some chill oil. Very good !
Bobby thank you for the great WholeFoods finds using my Amazon Prime! I also purchased the shampoo “Avalon” that you recommended on one of your previous videos…I really enjoy your videos and have totally changed the way I purchase groceries. I also want to try the cauliflower shepherds pie you recently made with your daughter…Looks absolutely delicious!
Agree! I watched that video too! It looked delicious! I wish I had your countertop machine that you made the mashed potato-like cauliflower. What brand is the machine?
I am making this today. It looks really good. Thank you for the recipe. I have some gulf shrimp in the freezer I wonder how that would be instead of hamburger. I'll try it with hamburger first.
Thank you Bobby ,Desi, for introducing better way of life of healthy food. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.❤❤❤❤
Awesome recipe. The only thing I would do is cut down on the oil being used. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
Thank so much for sharing your knowledge. I been watching you for awhile. Still working on trying to live better. My Boyfriend is diabetic type 1. He been having problems for not taking his health more serious. We hoping to fix still. He has ultrasound for his kidneys the 8th. He’s high pressure ect been trying to soak in all your information. Thank you again. This taste amazing thank you again. Prayers please for my boyfriend please
Not from Aldi, but I often use Trader Joe's Broccoli Slaw in my Eggroll Bowl. All those broccoli shreds, without the cutting. But then, I live alone and so I'm cooking for only one. Truthfully, I just use the broccoli slaw as the base. I need to try adding the cauliflower rice.
I LOVE egg roll in a bowl, but don’t think it’s necessary to have rice or anything underneath… just the mixture is perfect as is 😊
The Aldi organic beef contains pink slim in it. It really upset my husband's stomach, which then made me look more into the product. I believe pink slim is used because of how far it has to be shipped for preservation. Buyer baware.....
Thank you for another great helpful video. We love using Aldi's for pastured eggs, organic Grassfed beef and more, thye offer many savings. The food you made looks yummy. Hopefully we will try your recipe soon. We also use your Bobby approved app often at the stores we shop, especially on new items we find. Keep up the great work.
I love this kind of video!!! Thank you for this!
The grass feed beef is good but sometimes it has too much gristle in it. Is that normal? I LOVE those eggs! My family in NY have a chicken coop, however their yokes are nothing compared to the ones I buy from Aldi.
I love your delivery. Delish. 🌞
Mum was making something similar to this recipe when I was growing up?! We used to serve it on top of pasta though. My whole family loves it now!!! I've started making it with organic minced chicken too now lately. It's delicious! The added egg on top looks amazing though! Extra treat! Will have to try this next time we are making it!
I took my gf to Aldi's last night for her first time ever, she loves that place now. I will make this dish, but I will be using eggs from my own chickens :)
I'm making that for dinner tonight. Looks delicious
Made this Yummy! Even my 6 year grandson loved it! Very tasty! Thanks bobby!🤗👍❤️
I work at Aldi, so I love these videos. My first reaction to "I don't see cabage here." was
"It's on the other side next to the iceberg heads." 😅
Great recipe!
Broccoli stem is delicious peeled and sliced thin.
I’m going to make this. This has to be a more full filling breakfast 🍳
And making casserole and chili and ham & beans.
These type of meals. After a long day at work much easier to make when so tired.
I was hopeful you would do more budget friendly videos due to grocery prices being ridiculous. Best in class is too expensive now. More please 😊
Looks like a pretty budget friendly meal to me!
Bobby, please do Publix reviews. You're in the south and they have many healthy items
Recipe has been around awhile Glad you finally found it too
Yeah, im so over it!
Try the baby bell mushrooms next time instead of broccoli 👍😄and coconut aminos and sesame oil great idea with the egg!!
Bobby I just downloaded your scanner app for the grocery store I love 💕 it thanks so very much, it will be very helpful in the stores.
You are doing a video about buying from Aldi’s and Thrive Market is your sponsor?
Confused by a couple of ingredients: (1) brown rice - I’ve heard is high in arsenic, (2) sesame seed oil - I thought all seed oils were not good for you.
Me as well plus non gmo eggs how r they just as healthy?
Also rice is not good 4 diabetes or anyone dealing w/ insulin resistance.
@@sandraoaks7887 - Not sure what you are saying about the eggs. I’ve always heard pasture-raised is better for you whether organic or not. And I think that is what he said.
@@razorrichWhy are you trolling the comments?
@@JabariKenyaa 💩head
Awesome Bobby! Will try this bowl for dinner! ❤ also ALDl has ground lamb. I would love to see you do a recipe with that other than Shepherd’s Pie.. any ideas?
ATTENTION BOBBY! I'm curious about herbs and spices, the big talk about heavy metals causing cancer, even the organic ones. Can you do a video on this and give better options. THANK YOU😊
I need a spice drawer like that.. ❤it
Aldi is like a baby Costcos
"Evacuate the dance floor." Rofl. Gotta have fun in the kitchen!
I haven't made this dish in a while, must do so again!
I use ground sausage and I like the different flavor it gives
It looks great but believe it or not I can’t eat garlic so I would leave that out and add an extra egg. I love eggs. It looks very healthy and wonderful. Thanks I enjoy your videos.
Do you have a Kroger store in your area? Not as unique as Trader Joe’s or Aldi but interested to see what you can find.
Top with some green scallions 😋
I sure wish we had an Aldi here! What great deals. Cheaper than our local Sam's or Costco. I'm so wanting this dish right now! Looks yummy!
This are the best eggs out there and the price is really great!
Love this video, I will try for sure. I only have one concern and it's the use of the tool for breaking the meat at 4:04, I think was made of plastic, which I do not approved. I see that later on he uses a wooden spoon, which I do approved :)
I wish Aldi here in the UK was as good as Aldi in the States. We have very little in comparison when it comes to organic/grass fed/low carb/sugarfree etc....
Hi Bobby!! It's Gina from the West Boca Aldi store, we just met today..... were you at the same store for this video? It looks like it! I can't wait to see the new video! Merry Christmas!
first time to go to nearest ALDI in Northridge. I had to buy 10 - 10pounds turkeys for charity. The manager refused to have staff help me with the purchase and to load in my car. If I was not in a hurry to get the turkeys to the charity due to time deadline, I would have left the store. I dont care how low the prices are, if the customer service is SHXT:(((
Do more of these Bobby
Winner winner eggroll dinner 😂
You’re so funny Bob 😂
Great video 🙏🏽thanks for sharing
Wish you had a printable recipe.
Can't wait to make this!!! Thank you Bobby!
Me and my siter enjoy it alot
Is the double handle pan a Le Cruset? Also, "Pero" family farms has an organic vegetable slaw mix with cabbage, carrots, broccoli. It's washed, sliced, and yes, organic! Available at most grocery stores and reasonably priced.
It's his FlavCity 12.5" enameled pan
@@dianeatpeace337 Thank you, Diane. Is that supposed to be similar to Le Cruset?
Looks good! Have to try it. Thanks Bobby.
Sugar will make you want to eat more than you need 😮
Been off of saccharine for 2 weeks!!!!
An achievement 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Used it for over 50 years😢....
Now may have stomach concerns...scared...
Thanks for sharing this, really appreciate you 🙏 and God bless you and your family 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Aldi prices have increased since last year...
Raised on necessary items... chicken, eggs, beef, ice cream, etc...
Bobby if you freeze the rice and then cook it isn't it a resistant starch? Is Trader Joes organic Jasmin rice starch resistant since its cooked the frozen?
Can you make a video compiling all your approved items in one video. That would make it super helpful and I’m sure your viewers would appreciate it.
I think he has an app for that
Thanks!
Perfect I'm about to go grocery shopping
That looked bomb!
My Aldi’s pastured eggs are 3.59. I prefer the organic, taste-wise for $3.99.
Whew! That egg! I don’t see how anyone eats a runny yolk egg! I will make the egg roll bowl, without the egg,
Egg roll in a bowl is so good and easy to make.
I can't see the brand cooktop you have, I like the cookspace...what brand is that?
Gracias Bobby por la exquisita receta
more aldi budget shopping please!!!! 🙏
I wish he would talk about eating healthy on allergy diets. Like top 9 allergens
Aldi is a hit or miss grocery store.
My stomach likes the leaner grass-fed ground beef
I love these kind of videos!
I make mine with ground pork from Aldi.
I make this alot but with pork or shrimp or both together my family loves it.
I love Aldi! I’m going to make this recipe vegan 🌱 without the egg😁 thanks for the great idea 💡
Thank you for this eggroll bowl I am trying it
The Simple Mills crackers and cookies are cheaper at Walmart than Thrive 🥴
Thank you!
Can someone tell me which shampoo and conditioner to use without lots of chemicals???
I would just buy brown rice. It is cheaper
All-dee ingredients come from Aldi 😄
