Thanks for such an informative video. One question I have though, is that kyusu teapot looks like it's annoying to get out the tea leaves. How important is it that the leaves are able to expand like that? I usually use a strainer, but seeing how much you guys push that teapot has made me self-conscious 😅

How do I contact yall? I need help with a refund. I ordered some Hojichi but when it said it got ordered it wasnt anywhere in the mnailbox or near the door. It got delivered to the wrong address despite the 'Shop" app saying it did go tot the right location.
