While your engineering background has given you the tools to technically design progressive nerd math programs, it's the rest of your highly developed humanist skill set that makes it work. Not sure if it comes from the background of animals, helping at your mum's business or life experience, but the speed, timing, choice of reinforcing vocabulary and making training accessible to anyone of any level that sets your work apart. Anyone can stand and talk about complexity, showing how strong or developed "they" are, or show everyone how much "they" know. A person who takes time to continually improve/evolve how they explain and present information to people, ensuring people walk away feeling like they can succeed at what they're about to do, is delivering way more than well engineered programs 👏.

I mean, I guess, but much more importantly, he looks really good while doing it...we're talking about a well dressed, fills-out-his-trousers kind of guy here.

Great work again, really interesting to watch your teaching and video editing style evolving. Shown my brother some of your videos and tomorrow I will be handing him his first Kettlebell to get started! Keep up the good work.

Ciao Mark, thank You for your videos about heavy club. I work two sessions at the week with heavy club and three with kettlebell.
Clubbell inside and outside circle with one shield cast in the middle for time and press with back lunges by reps and sets. With kettlebell I work a single arm complex (2 clean 1 press 3 squat) two sessions and one session doing 3 snatch 1 press 2 back lunges. All this programs ideas are from You. Thanks!!!!!!
PS I am 58 years old.

That point about keeping feet still is good for people like me that has flat feet. It a good way to improve my foot arch.

What's a good starting weight for a heavy club? I swing a 10lb club single arm, and can swing a 20lb macebell.

I experienced right wrist popping for several years, and sometimes with minor pain. Though, after my first couple of months of club training, the popping and pain ceased. Today, nine months since I began club training, my wrist remains popping and pain-free.
