According to you I went to school in Russia and India and because of that polaks are hanging from power lines. When they send their army to attack they will do it by night so the Russian radars can't see them and make sure that they jump far away from power lines.

While wind is a common issue with paratroop landings, this, this was well beyond deserving to be called incompetent.
My friend, who was a paratrooper, at leat 1/4 of his training jumps, he managed to very intentionally land right next to cafe's(definitely NOT anywhere near the landing target) so he could get a beer while waiting for pickup...
These people seem to have absolutely no control at all... And really, are they actually using parachutes without ANY control???
I thought militaries quit using those decades ago...
And anyone who thinks Nato paratroop bragging is anything worth listening to, go look up a video showing a Soviet paratroop landing with an entire MECHANIZED DIVISION.

If there is a change in wind speed or wind direction then the army transport planes will airdrop paratroops as per required change in jump coordinates based on input of weather satellites and data
