I and Kunal went to Chico State together for our masters degree. On his journey he realized that he needed a back up plan if things doesn't work out. So he applied for Canada PR and now he is Permanent Resident of Canada!
Hopefully his journey will help you in your journey.
Thanks Kunal for doing this! It means a lot.

Another thing to consider is that since the no. of applications for pr will increase in coming years so does the cut off score of crs, so as for what I have checked if u do your masters from canada your score will be around 550-600 and around 450 if do masters from us. So basically if you do your masters from canada you will certainly get your pr easily. In coming 4-5 years who knows how much the cutoff will increase.
NOTE: this is for those who are still planning to do their masters from either us or canada. So make your decision accordingly if your plan is to settle.

Question after you accept the PR by crossing the borders etc, how long do you have to live there for the PR to be active. For example, you applied 2 years prior to your H1b expiring, u got your Canadian PR, flew once, and came back to the U.S until your H1b expired? Also, the one year starts from the day you applied for the EE entry (with just the information and no documents) or after the Medical report submitted? Please clarify! Good Video, thanks a ton!

For Education evaluation, getting just the highest degree evaluated might not be a good option, since WES evaluates certain masters degress as bachelors, hence its better to get both bachelors and master evaluated, as you get more points for two or more degrees, as opposed to just bachelors.

Hi. I had a question about the financial documents that you need to submit with your application. CIC website talks about the bank statements and any credit cards debts that you have. Bank statements are easy but did Kunal had to get some documents from each credit card provider indicating the current debt he had on each?

Great video. Thank you very much. Is it possible to submit your profile and then make update to it like after a month or so? For example: You create a profile and submit, you don't get picked in the lottery for 6 months. Then your work experience goes 3+ years, you update the profile and get more points. Is it possible to do this?
