My opt (12mo) started on June 10th, 2019, and it shows on the card that it's going to end by June 9th, 2020. Does this mean I have less than 12 months for me to work in the US, or does it mean that my 90 days started since June 10th and I can still work even if the June 9th, 2020 passed by? PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi ! june 10th is your starting day...then you could have been working since then. If you are not working, then you are substracting days on your 90-days of unemployment- clock. For instance, if you are not working yet , by today you have 11 days of unemployment and you have 79 left. June 9th 2020 is the last day of permission to work.

Stem degree holders are eligible for 3 year OPT in this period you can apply for H1B is selection goes through lottery wth limited number of approvals please do your research for more information, once it gets approved then you will have 3 years of time to work in US and another chance to apply for H1B at the end of your first year H1B term, you have to have 5+ years of stay in US in order to be eligible for employment based Green Card, this takes a lot of time to be approved, decades it is to be said.

90 days is constant even in stem, so like you can only be unemployed for 3 years

    Hello Yudi,
I am on an F1 visa and my H1b was selected. I am eligible for a cap gap until September 30th, so just in case my H1B is denied or got RFE, will I be able to file for a STEM extension at that time?

Correct me if I’m wrong, let’s say I have put my start on 40th day after graduating(considering within 60 days for OPT) are these 40 days considered under my 90 days of unemployment? Leaving me only 50 unemployable days?? Can you answer please! Thanks in advance

Hello Sir, I'm a graduate of the current semester so I have applied for an OPT (EAD). now EAD card application is in progress but unfortunately this semester I have not cleared one subject so I take one subject next semester.
So my question is if I receive an EAD card next month I work full-time with an EAD card or I apply for an internship in the Spring semester?

    Hi Yudi,
I need a little help from you to connect to someone who is an expert on this.
USPS lost my EAD card, and now USCIS is asking me to apply for the card again and pay premium processing fees again.
I have an offer from a company but it has been already 20 days they waited for me, i don’t know how long they will wait for me.
Please please please help me Yudi

I recently submitted my OPT application to USCIS with a requested start date of 06/20. However, due to unforeseen health issues, I now wish to withdraw my application. I would appreciate guidance on the withdrawal process and the likelihood of a successful withdrawal. Additionally, I am concerned about any potential immigration implications resulting from this withdrawal. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
