This is the perfect breakfast for a weekend when you have time to sit down and really enjoy breakfast for an hour or so while you eat and talk. I grew up always having meals as a family and weekend breakfasts were special. May not have had this much variety, but no one had to rush to work or school. So we would sit for an hour or so and usually had more variety than during the week.

That looked delicious! Good value for what you had in front of you. As you said, it's not what you'd have every day but definitely a nice treat 😊 a good score Gary.
I stayed at the Langham in London for a week, and after eating in their restaurant a few times, found an excellent Turkish restaurant basically just over the road near the BBC (Bush House?). My partner I and brother ate there every evening and we never got through the menu. All the dishes were great, and I love Turkish, Arabic style coffee too.
You have never had a breakfast like this before, doubt that you ever will either 😮 I really wasn't expecting this enormous presentation, awesome at anytime but definitely a struggle after all the food of Christmas. Great review, great food and all that cheese, don't have nightmares Gary.
No cheesy jokes from Gary? That must have been a brie-eze! 😉 I mean, bloomin' 'eck... I don't think that there is enough cheese included in that breakfast. Happy New Year Gary. Yes, you are sweet enough, and you are gorgeous, and you are so entertaining to watch lol. I laughed, because you were like an excited schoolboy on a secret picnic. Wow ! Nearly in my back garden there Gary , was quite cheering to see 😁. That's Gordan Ramsay's old place ( failed burger venture ) and they do some very nice clean dishes for a Kebab restaurant. Well presented and quite creative at times so you don't mind the extra you pay. Especially when Green Lanes is up the road and a wealth of Turkish food on offer at decent prices.
Eggy bread not seen on a menu before Loving the presentation and the variety. It looked like there was something to please all tastes. Expensive for a breakfast but I suppose it's for two people so it works out reasonable. Another great video thank you Gary and Camera man.🎉🎉🎉
Bloody-lovely. I confess, I have never considered a Turkish Breakfast before. Thank you for sharing this experience. Always a joy to learn new things. Cheers.
In case anyone is interested each restaurant in the chain does about 220 covers a day. And if that's all breakfasts for 2 at £35, each restaurant does £1.4 million a year.
Ooooh drool, that was my favourite breakfast from you (I can understand why it wouldn’t be for everyone). So much to choose and all the cheese and gorgeous dips. I am an olive popper too. What a great start to the new year ! “CM wants to dive in” lol, we all did. Love it ❤
Hi Gary Wow I wouldn’t know where to start with that lot! My problem would be I don’t like cheese! Certainly an unusual take on breakfast and enough to feed a five aside footie team! Some hits and misses on that lot which would be expected. What I love about your channel is the diversity of meals you try. Great start to the new year with your usual excellent review mate
Gary I have toured Turkiye twice and I must say nothing beats a Turkish breakfast on a lazy Saturday morning. What I like is to combine the different flavours and nothing beats those olives(best I've eaten). Thank you Gary for a great video and a nice way to start the new year.
Happy New Year Gary (and son). With your permission I’m gonna share everything cos I want you at 1M by the end of this year. Can we all do this fellow followers

Hi Gary! I’ve got my wife and young daughters watching your channel, they absolutely love Gary time, so we can’t wait to watch today’s video! Edit: I put “not got” by mistake 😅
I've never had a Turkish breakfast. To me it's basically a big cheese platter. That amount of cheese will certainly clog you up 😏😏. Does it compare to a Full English?. No, not really. It's not for me. Copious amounts of cheese for a meal isn't for me. But that's just my opinion. I'm knocking on in years and I'm a bit of a traditionalist. However? having said that. If I were out with friends, I might order it as a snacking side dish alongside a normal meal, to shared.
@@willie549 Agreed. I used the term Full English in the same way that people use the term, a Chinese or an Indian. Not to specify what the meal actually consists of, but a loose description of the type of meal.
If you’re gonna have a breakfast, have a big’un, Gary! That really was a feast! A very happy new year to you and your son. And to other subscribers of this great channel!
This is authentic Turkish spread breakfast, but in real households they won't eat so many variety because of prices and time. It is a restaurant of course and is not meant to immitate everyday dining. But you get served this breakfast if you order spread breakfast in Turkey.
Oh blimey Gary, this feast makes my remaining turkey curry I had today look slim pickings. All the best to you, your son and all you hold dear for the new year. I am looking forward to your adventures over the next twelve months .😁
This breakfast looked amazing and I always love how Gary is so friendly, polite, well-mannered and enthusiastic. I'd love to see you on Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 or a similar programme. I think you'd be a very popular guest indeed. Fantastic as always Gary 👏
Finally found your most recent video...brilliant review Gary and from our perspective, it looks good too. But for two or three but I felt the eggs,& sausage, were scarce. Breakfast shoul;d be hot then cool but fried bread and eggy bread do the fillinhg up job I guess, but I need my beans, bacon and black pudding, but then I would being a Brit...French bread or eggy bread yum, I think when you really think of it, the hot (warm) food was very scarce...and many men hate fruity breakfasts, and I guess I'm with them, British all the way - but then I'm boring, but it sets my teeth off on their journey.. Fantastic video matey, you are sooooofunny and you don't even know it Btw, you don't have to reply, Sue xx
We loved sampling the Turkish Restaurants when we lived in London and the contrast between the hot & cold as you said was something special. Never had the breakfast but I am aching to try now with all those wonderful cheeses! Great presentation and good value for two in London. I would give it a go for something different, but although I love cheese, olives etc I would not be keen on the sweet things at breakfast. I'm looking forward to lots of great reviews from Gary this year.
Great Video Gary. That breakfast could have fed 4 people. Wow. And the combination of food and their flavors must have triggered an explosion in your mouth. You could see on your face. Well done ! All the best for a great New Year of flavorful videos. Jim and Harriet
Great video guys - very interesting! This is the sort of thing I'd try for a heavy afternoon tea. Doesn't beat the traditional Full English as a choice in my book. Too much cheese too!

Haha, wow another Ramsay disaster
Eggy bread not seen on a menu before Loving the presentation and the variety. It looked like there was something to please all tastes. Expensive for a breakfast but I suppose it's for two people so it works out reasonable. Another great video thank you Gary and Camera man.🎉🎉🎉
Thank you very much
Owner: Which ingredients do you think we should use on the sharing breakfast? 🤔
Chef: Yes.
lol 😂
Bloody-lovely. I confess, I have never considered a Turkish Breakfast before. Thank you for sharing this experience. Always a joy to learn new things. Cheers.
It’s definitely worth trying, Tom
That's a lot of cheese! Adding those cherries to cheese is one of my favorite treats. Looks good, Gary!
Thanks for bringing us along! 💜
Thank you very much, Susan and I hope you have a wonderful 2025 ❤️🌹❤️
In case anyone is interested each restaurant in the chain does about 220 covers a day. And if that's all breakfasts for 2 at £35, each restaurant does £1.4 million a year.
Wooooow
Yes Turkish Restaurateurs kick it in London/New York/S France: they ain't poor that's for sure.
(Expat Brit from Girne/Kyrenia.)
Plus the money laundering
@65Lynchy Takes a long long time to iron though.
Has Gary had new new shoes for Christmas ? Very nice !! Happy new 'ear
I did get some Wynn well noticed and I hope you have a fantastic 2025
Now I'm hungry 😀😀I knew you were enjoying your breakfast when you made your Happy Horse sound - neeeeiiiigh!! Another thumbs up from me ❤❤
😋
Ooooh drool, that was my favourite breakfast from you (I can understand why it wouldn’t be for everyone). So much to choose and all the cheese and gorgeous dips. I am an olive popper too. What a great start to the new year ! “CM wants to dive in” lol, we all did. Love it ❤
We do try to do things different on the channel and I’m pleased you enjoyed this one
Hi Gary
Wow I wouldn’t know where to start with that lot! My problem would be I don’t like cheese! Certainly an unusual take on breakfast and enough to feed a five aside footie team! Some hits and misses on that lot which would be expected.
What I love about your channel is the diversity of meals you try. Great start to the new year with your usual excellent review mate
That’s really appreciated as we try to mix it up Tony
"Life is uncertain. Eat dessert first." - Ernestine Ulmer ☕🐒
A fantastic quote
Gary I have toured Turkiye twice and I must say nothing beats a Turkish breakfast on a lazy Saturday morning. What I like is to combine the different flavours and nothing beats those olives(best I've eaten). Thank you Gary for a great video and a nice way to start the new year.
I can't say I disagree Michael, this is more my type of breakfast
Did it have bacon or ham on it?
Happy New Year Gary (and son). With your permission I’m gonna share everything cos I want you at 1M by the end of this year. Can we all do this fellow followers
Oh my friend that's very kind but I think 1m will be impossible
@ don’t be such a nelly negative mate. You will do this. @BestEverFoodReviewShow @SortedFood @MarkWiens can you help?
Nice one Gary. I love it when you do varied international cuisines!
I do try my best
Another stunning taste experience. Added to my list. Even in Turkey I have never had a breakfast anything like this. Looks amazing, Gary! Happy new year 🎉
I wish you a fantastic 2025
... it needed cheese.
They really ought to add more
That looked amazing, and worthy of spending time lingering. It was a visual symphony, and very tasty.
Very nice Patricia I must admit
Oh dear - maybe on a hot summer's morning on holiday, but it's all cheese and half a sausage! Not for me, a 7.5. Happy new year Gary!
@bobburroughs6241 yes. Way too much cheese. Won't be able to sleep😃
Happy new year!
I Love meals like that! Great review! Thanks Gary.
That’s great to hear
You have great narration and a calm demeanor. Honestly, you could eat a piece of cardboard and the review would be excellent. Happy New Year and keep up the good work.
It is very kind to say and happy New Year to you too
Hi Gary! I’ve got my wife and young daughters watching your channel, they absolutely love Gary time, so we can’t wait to watch today’s video!
Edit: I put “not got” by mistake 😅
Awesome! Thank you so much Alex and please say hello to your family
Why don‘t you let them watch it?

@@Non-Stick_Pan oops, yes typo!
Gary is so safe and wholesome@@GaryEats
Whilst you’re still in London Gymkhana 2 Michelin star Indian restaurant
Already done, review coming in a couple of weeks
Bloody hell, Gary! Telepathic now too! Looking forward to it!
Have you been Stephen?
I've never had a Turkish breakfast. To me it's basically a big cheese platter. That amount of cheese will certainly clog you up 😏😏.
Does it compare to a Full English?. No, not really. It's not for me. Copious amounts of cheese for a meal isn't for me. But that's just my opinion. I'm knocking on in years and I'm a bit of a traditionalist.
However? having said that. If I were out with friends, I might order it as a snacking side dish alongside a normal meal, to shared.
Since when was called a full English? It was called a fry up in my day...
Agreed not for me either.
If this is not for you, no problem at all but it is different from the normal breakfast reviews you tend to see
@@willie549
Agreed.
I used the term Full English in the same way that people use the term, a Chinese or an Indian. Not to specify what the meal actually consists of, but a loose description of the type of meal.
@GerryLewis-qb4pv 👍
If you’re gonna have a breakfast, have a big’un, Gary! That really was a feast! A very happy new year to you and your son. And to other subscribers of this great channel!
It was huge, need a lie down after this one
Top geezer, Gary! Was very happy to come home to the laptop and see an upload from you! Enjoy and Happy New Year to you and family!
That is very kind to say and I hope you have a wonderful 2025
Lived in Turkey for 9 years, this is nothing like what Turks have for breakfast, the ingredients would be unaffordable
Interesting as a Turkish commenter said this is very authentic John, interesting hearing different comments
Did you enjoy living in Turkey ? I'm interested .
Are you saying that people in Turkey can’t afford this meal?
@@GaryEatsWhen I was in Turkey the average person seemed to have soup for breakfast.
This is authentic Turkish spread breakfast, but in real households they won't eat so many variety because of prices and time. It is a restaurant of course and is not meant to immitate everyday dining. But you get served this breakfast if you order spread breakfast in Turkey.
Happy New Year to you Gary and your subscribers. A superb looking breakfast that tickles the tastebuds at every turn!
Happy new year Gary and greetings from the USA! So glad i found your channel recently, great content!
Thanks and welcome!!
Oh blimey Gary, this feast makes my remaining turkey curry I had today look slim pickings. All the best to you, your son and all you hold dear for the new year. I am looking forward to your adventures over the next twelve months .😁
Thank you so much and I hope you have a truly wonderful 2025
Love the enthusiasm , as you say " it's nice to try different things "
Thank you very much
This breakfast looked amazing and I always love how Gary is so friendly, polite, well-mannered and enthusiastic. I'd love to see you on Saturday Kitchen on BBC1 or a similar programme. I think you'd be a very popular guest indeed. Fantastic as always Gary 👏
That is very kind to say thank you very much, but I am happy working with my son Kev
That did look spectacular and really tasty. Thanks for sharing, Gary. Happy New Year to you and your family.
Happy new year to you and your family too
Finally found your most recent video...brilliant review Gary and from our perspective, it looks good too.
Thank you as always Sue I hope you have a wonderful 2025 xx ❤️🌹❤️
We loved sampling the Turkish Restaurants when we lived in London and the contrast between the hot & cold as you said was something special. Never had the breakfast but I am aching to try now with all those wonderful cheeses! I discovered your channel Gary just a few weeks ago and can't get enough of your reviews! so to the point and honest. your casual humor is also just superb! I now live in Scotland and because of your videos I'm treating my wife to the Dome in Edinburgh for her birthday and will be giving the Anstruther Fish Bar a go very very soon!
Thank you so much for your excellent comment and thank you so much for watching Alan
Happy New Year Gary and Cameraman and all your family, I’m really looking forward to see what great places you’re going to share with us this year. As for this one, I’ve just got to echo your, “Oh Wow”! What an absolutely amazing breakfast to share, and great value for the quality and quantity of food served, I felt full up just watching the video! 😊
I hope you have a truly wonderful 2025
Great presentation and good value for two in London. I would give it a go for something different, but although I love cheese, olives etc I would not be keen on the sweet things at breakfast. I'm looking forward to lots of great reviews from Gary this year.
Thank you so much, and please have a wonderful New Year
Quite a bizarre amount of food.
It looked like a buffet for way more than two 😮. Here’s a great new year of food. 👍👏👌🏴
Happy new year!
So looking forward to seeing all the places you visit this year and, hope Scotland is back on the cards.
I hope so too soon
Love your reviews Gary. Don’t ever change!
That is really appreciated
Good stuff! It's so refreshing to see a food channel that mixes things up. Food looked fantastic.
I really appreciate that as we do try to mix it all up
Great Video Gary. That breakfast could have fed 4 people. Wow. And the combination of food and their flavors must have triggered an explosion in your mouth. You could see on your face.
Well done ! All the best for a great New Year of flavorful videos. Jim and Harriet
I hope you both have a wonderful 2025 thank you as always for your support Jim and Harriet
Great video guys - very interesting! This is the sort of thing I'd try for a heavy afternoon tea. Doesn't beat the traditional Full English as a choice in my book. Too much cheese too!
Don’t think you very much and I agree Dale a lot of cheese
As always…love the video Gary! Keep up the good work and have a great new year 👍
I hope you have a wonderful 2025
Happy New Year Gary and to the Cameraman 🎉
That looked delicious what a banquet 😋😲👍🏼 xx
Happy New Year to you too, Melissa xx
Happy new year Gary and Son. That looked amazing, personally I'd swap the chocolate and molasses for an extra sausage lol.
I hope you have a wonderful 2025
Can you do Iranian next please !
Of course I can. I've already reviewed it once before and it was incredible so I will give it another go
Gazza I love your work and I love your enthusiasm. I still think you need to do a street food review - Barrow markets could be a start.
That’s a great idea and thank you
Great vid Gary, you can't go wrong with that breakfast as long as you like cheese....
You are completely right and thank you
Happy New Year Gary and cameraman 🥳
What a lovely looking spread. I don't think I've ever seen so much variety in one meal. So many things on there that I fancied.
A great review and again .... something very different ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love your channel sir from Mississippi USA.
Thank you Ryan 🇺🇸🇺🇸
That looked like quite the experience at a fair price.
Happy New Year!
I hope you have a wonderful 2025
What a great review gary so good to see something different. Think I would enjoy that breakfast as well. 💛💗💘 and happy new year ❤
Thank you very much and I hope you have a wonderful 2025 Phoebe ❤️🌹❤️
As a cheese lover, that looks like heaven! I am going to Edinburagh in 10 days and because of one of your reviews, me and my friend are going to The Dome for high tea, and bubbly of course lol. Happy new year, and I look forward to 2025 with Gary and cameraman. I loved the Greeno awards where you hosted, you both crack me up!
Wow what a lovely way to start the day. Just sitting and enjoy that under a vine covered pergola. What beautiful fresh food. Fantastic way to start the new year. Happy New Year to everyone And I hope the year is good for everyone also. Thanks Gary hope you had a brill Christmas with your family. Take care 🥂❤🇦🇺
This was a little bit different, but I did enjoy it. I hope you and your family have a truly wonderful 2025. ❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺❤️❤️
I’m a vegetarian but I still very much enjoy these food reviews. Gary is so kind and exuberant. And, more then anything, he tells it as it is.
I really appreciate you watching and commenting
