Glad it was helpful! 💚
Your Zebrina is epic what a great job
Thank you! She had a really good Summer but her growth is slowing down now with the shorter days, I'll probably get her a grow light. Do you have a Zebrina?
@wyldhouseplants I have 4 Alocasias but not a Zebrina although still time haha, I have mine under grow lights for the winter
That's very helpful thank you. I've been struggling for ages with mine, and suspect not enough light, and over watering. I really love the baby version. 😍 New subscriber, I'm glad I found you.
Glad it was helpful 💚 the baby is getting big now I wanted it to stay small forever 😊 Don't worry if yours doesn't grow much over the winter, they can go a bit dormant and then pop back to life in the spring 🌱
@@wyldhouseplants thank you for your reply. I'm in summer here in Australia, so I have the opposite problem to you. Yes I'd love it to stay small too, as I think they're prettier. I've been on a binge, watching your older videos. :)
@@EssEmm3ah I see well enjoy the Summer, not jealous at all 😅! Aw thank you for watching my videos, it means a lot 💕
Beautiful ❤ I hope mine gets as big as,I have 2 in a pot. Do you have a video on how to with the corms?
I have an Alocasia Care Day video going up this week and I go over corm propagation in that. Should be up in the next few days 💚
@ that’s awesome 💕
Beautiful plants!
Thank you very much!
Oh no another for my long list . Gorgeous dog
Hehe 😊 thank you 💚
Absolutely a beautiful plant. I currently have a Reticulated Zebrina and we are struggling. Alocasias are my favorite, and I have quite a collection, but for some reason, I'm struggling with this plant. I love your videos, and I am a huge fan.
Aw thank you 💚 I just looked up the Reticulated Zebrina, wow that's stunning. I hope it picks up 🤞🤞
Mine has only one leaf for the last 5 years it's the reticulated as well any tips
Well said. Thanks
Thanks for watching! 💚
Hi sweet Bill!! 👋🥰
Hillo 🐾 😊
Would a Zebrina do well right next to a north facing window (clear view of the sky)? Or would it not be enough light if it’s north facing?
I do have a small Zebrina in a north facing window but generally they need more light, and my big Zebrina sits a meter back from a South window 💚
Hmm, I’m in a quandary about where to put some Alocasia & Anthurium I have. Currently they’re baby plants and are acclimating together on a shelf and under grow lights. In spring I’d like to get them out into main areas of my home, but my issue is either north facing windowsills (will this be enough light) or south facing windowsills (direct sun all day in spring/summer and will this be too hot)?! Such dilemmas!
@@Holly-Bell I also only have north or south windows. Could you set up a shelf a metre of so back from your south window? Or use your grow light with your north window?
@@wyldhouseplantsYes good ideas, I’ll have to do something like this I think! Thank you!
I bought recently a Zebrina which was pushing a new leaf. The plant drops it’s little leafs from the beginning. Now almost all leafs are hanging after watering. However, I always make sure that there is no waterlogging. It is now in a bright room at around 20 degrees.
What am I doing wrong?
Oh no 😯 sounds like an issue with the roots, I'd gently lift it out of the pot to have a look at the roots 💚
