Then it villain-izes online content as an insidious outside influence that needs to be "exposed" to parents. The argument being presented to the bad parents is that they are not bad parents, but their are bad things online that they just didn't know about harming their kids. Shame can sometimes be an effective tool, but in this case it's counterproductive, and instead the video is attempting to create fear and leverage it to get bad parents to be better. In short, this video is not meant to be truly informative to people who are either not parents or are good parents.
